You can tell the owners have great pride in their establishment. The service was very personable and they were truly grateful for your patronage. A great way to support a small local business.The latte was smooth, just too sweet for our liking. Next time we will know what to adjust. :)

The coffee shop is family owned and the carry my favorite 100% organic Fair Trade whole coffee bean. Other than ordering coffee from Kenya, I am guaranteed to get the best quality coffee here. If you love French pressing, this Ethiopian beans are fresh with bright lemony acidity, smooth, notes of black tea, and as you grind and drink it you can smell the floral aroma.They also carry homemade Baklava 😋

Fresh baklava. She will warm it up for you before serving it - make sure to get it warm! Soooo good! Go here for this, if nothing else! The owner is amazingly friendly and you can tell that she has regulars that she knows on a personal basis, she strikes a convo with basically everyone that walks in the door. Such a warm atmosphere!

Great coffee shop! I got a large latte w/ almond milk and it was fabulous! I also bought Ethiopian Yirgacheffe beans which I have not seen at many places. 5 stars!

Excellent coffee shop! Choose your flavors and its satisfying. Its definitely a different type of coffee but coffee is coffee. You can ask to get an extra shot of espresso. You can get different flavors as well. On top of that, theres a drive thru! Prices are extremely reasonable. Employee was nice. The location is easy to get to and parking is easy since its a shared lot with other local businesses too. Definitely support your local businesses!

Local Ethiopian coffee shop with friendly service, delicious coffee and tea, several flavors of hand-scooped ice cream, and a few pastries. There are also two small tables on the sidewalk in front, a drive thru, and plenty of tables and a couch inside. Love this spot!

Had a great time here at the coffee shop and chatting with the barista. They have ethiopian theme and organic coffee beans from ethiopia. The service was marvelous and the barista did his best to deliver the drinks. They also do not cheap out on any of their product where they use high quality goods. Very very clean and friendly service!!!!

Ordered a delicious hot latte from a very friendly barista, then sat and did homework for a couple hours. It has a very nice atmosphere; not the most hipster or modern coffee shop, but it feels very homey, like sitting in someones kitchen. Excellent first experience. Ill be back!

I got a cranberry/white chocolate scone and a black french roast around 9:45 on a Friday. The scone was crumbly and dry, sweet without overbearing. I couldnt identify the chocolate in the texture, but the cranberries were perfect. I enjoyed the coffee as well. Quick and efficient service.

Good selection. Small sitting area but clean. Some light reading on walls and on sheets on tables about the history of Ethiopian coffee production. Really not much to complain about here, its a good coffee shop.

Better beans and better chocolate means a better mocha. Best shop in the area and the owners are great. I go out of my way to stop here instead of a convenient Caribou drink.

I had the special espresso coffee and my experience was great. The atmosphere was quiet and overall a relaxing place to be if you want to do work. The coffee is reasonably priced cheaper than, lets say, Starbucks or so. Ill definitely recommend Limu Coffee to others.

I come here about once a week. Great coffee, great prices, friendly environment. I’m surprised it’s never crowded- it should be!

I would give this place no stars or 1/2 *, but I cant go that low. I walked in and the woman behind the counter was animatedly talking on her phone. She never got up or ask me what I would like. I walked out without ever being served. About the worst service I ever had. She needs to learn something from Starbucks and Dunn Brothers, which is to hang up your phone when there are customers waiting to be served. Obviously, I will never be going back there.

Small coffee shop in a strip mall, I wish the shop had a little more characture. Witness the owner take time to sit down and chat with an elderly customer, it made my day. Baked goods and coffee were excellent.

I came in this morning and asked for an almond milk latte. They were out of almond milk, which was fine. Places run out of things. While I waited for 2 other people to meet me I was told I must buy a bottle of water or spend money in order to have the Wifi password. “Do you expect this to be free, we are a small business you need to support us and buy something”. Unbelievably rude. No ma’am I didn’t “expect” anything to be free. I asked to order a drink and you were out of the ingredients. I recommend you take you business and money elsewhere.

Im in love with their coffee. Strong and flavorful. Never going to Starbucks again because its not over-roasted bitter leftover coffee grounds taste. Amazing coffee and friendly staff!

Small independent coffee shop, just a few 2-person tables inside. Only one table has a power outlet near it, so good luck grabbing it if you want to plug in your computer. The free wi-fi is password protected, which is somewhat more secure. Espresso drinks are very tasty!

The prices were good but I had an iced mocha that was warm and full of grounds. The parfait was also very dry and tasteless. The girl that helped me was very patient and helpful considering I had brought two four year olds with me so props for that.

Fantastic coffee shop! Sure beats the big guys (starbucks, caribou, and dunn bros, around here). Prices are great! Almond croissants are very good, and the decor is very welcoming. Plus, its run by small business owner. Come here...dont waste your time with the big guys, support the local owner and her terrific business!

I only drink iced drinks, so I got an iced latte and it was very good. Id come back if I was in the neighborhood! Very reasonably priced and good service.
