All new granite kitchen countertops and master bath vanity top. Super pleased with this job. Quality of the product and installation exceeded my high expectations. There are so few seams that it seems almost impossible. But they did the entire job with only four 2-3” seams by the range top. Amazing. So pretty. So glad we went with this company.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with this company from the get go but probably the biggest issue, and the reason Im writing today, is that my countertops were mis-measured and thus cut incorrectly. This mis-cut resulted in inconsistent overhang around my kitchen island, with two sides having barely any overhang at all When the installers realized the cuts were off, instead of calling their bosses to navigate the issue they stood there impatiently waiting for me to contact Marble and Granite Direct. When I did so I felt Cecily was rude and condescending. Ultimately, I felt pressured to just allow the incorrect countertops to be installed. They are still incorrect and the company has done nothing to correct this issue.In addition, we felt there was some price gouging not only in the increase in service fees from initial quote to second quote, but also in multiple other areas. For example, we had to buy two slabs at $2k apiece but only used about 5 square feet out of the second slab. When we asked for part of the remaining second slab to be cut into a simple rectangle we were told the charge to do so would be nearly $500... Despite the fact that we already owned the slab. Ultimately, we left the slab with them so theyll now be able to resell this almost complete slab.As mentioned, we didnt have a great experience with this company from the get go but chose to go through based off their outstanding Google reviews. Because of this I feel its important to share my experience here in hopes that it may help others.

Working with Granite & Marble Direct (G&MD) was so easy! Daniella and Alex were responsive and helpful. The finished product is absolutely perfect. We attempted to buy from two other stone companies. When neither worked out for various reasons, I found G&MD online and was prompted to check them out when I read the positive reviews. I stopped in without an appointment at 10am, was shown beautiful slabs out back and provided with a quote within hours. On the days of pre-measure and installation, staff was on time, professional and efficient. All of my expectations were surpassed.

I had worked with them on a few occasions sending clients to them and would receive a commission. The last client I sent them ended up buying countertops from them but they cut me out of the deal. Not a good way to do business. I won’t be sending any of my clients to them any more. I will find another shop that values a relationship not just a sale.

The sales team was great to work with and answered all of our numerous questions. The install and measurement team were on time a professional. Most importantly the product looks amazing and is absolutely beautiful...it also fit perfectly the first time! I had our dishwasher installed and did not know that I needed a vent hole above the countertop so the plumber had to use the hole that had been cut for soap dispenser. I called and asked how much it would cost for them to come back out and cut the dispenser hole and they came back out the same day I called at no charge. Customer service was exceptional!!!!! Would recommend them to anyone!

We were in the process of remodeling our kitchen and decided to go with Granite and Marble direct. Wow! what a great choice. Alex came out to our home assessed our project, made measurements, and recommended we go to a showroom to pick the product we would like. We came out to the showroom picked the granite slab. Best place to get your Granite tops

I had the same great experience that everyone else has had. Love supporting local, family-run businesses and these guys are a great example of why. They take pride in their work, bend over backwards to make sure youre happy and were very prompt. And they were reasonably priced to boot. Case in point: I thought they needed to drill the faucet hole bigger than originally done as didnt have the faucet specs yet. I called to see if they could help me and the owner Alex agreed to come out within a few hours to fix it. No hassle or charge for the request, he simply wanted to make it right. Would highly recommend them and we plan to use them again.

My wife and I were very pleased with our experience working with Granite And Marble Direct. Their warehouse has many styles of granite to choose from and the sales team was very knowledgeable and helpful. The process of having our house measured and the actual install went flawlessly; the owner actually showed up during the install to make sure we were happy. I found Alex by randomly seeing his truck on the highway when I was granite shopping, and so glad I did - these guys are great. They have great prices and service, and he was very intent on doing everything the right way - also a great emphasis on communication and making sure we were on the same page. Pretty slick how he was e-mailing me quotes from his tablet right as we were talking. As a last note, he talked me into upgrading to the folded-over rock-face edge, which was a great decision, it looks and feels terrific.

We had granite put in after our kitchen remodel. Granite & Marble Direct provided us with excellent quality and a price that couldnt be beat. We were even able to pick out a custom slab that wasnt in their showroom that matched our kitchen perfectly! Installation was quick and painless.There is one section in my kitchen that is almost 12 feet of counter top. Alex was able to use a single piece of granite WITHOUT a seam, something no one else would do. Our kitchen looks amazing!I will definitely be using them again.

We purchased our granite counters from Granite & Marble Direct. They did an excellent job from start to finish. The staff at the shop was very helpful. They are not pushy at all. We picked out our granite and it was installed within a couple of weeks. After installation we noticed a small blemish in the granite. I emailed them to ask what we could do about it. They came out within days and took care of it. We cant even tell where it was.i would highly reccomend them. Their customer service is excellent.

Granite and Marble Direct was so easy and fun to work with when we installed our beautiful new granite countertops. They had a lovely selection of granite and let me browse and decide as long as it took to get the countertop we wanted.
