The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I needed a regular oil change and new wipers, they had my car ready within 20 minutes and the price point was spot on for the services. I was also impressed to see a female employee, she actually assisted me in checking out and made sure I received appropriate discounts and corrected my information for future coupons and discounts. Overall, perfect experience...all Covid regulations followed, friendly staff and awesome service!

The technician was very professional and explained everything before performing the service. He made recommendations of what needed to be done now and what could wait. He even advised me about my brakes.

Really a good spot to get your oil changed and other small vehicle maintanence issues. Friendly staff, quick and efficient process-- they get you in and out quick but take the time to go over your issue and give recommendations. Prices are great and their work is good. I highly recommend them.

I use them for my regular oil changes. Great place and super fast. The only thing I don’t like is I just want my oil changed. Pretty please stop showing me my filters every time I go in, or telling me what additional services I need unless I ask! The extra sales pitch is super annoying. Otherwise this place is great! The guys are very friendly and I’m confident my oil change is done correctly.

This place is great! Super friendly staff, they give you a heads up on future maintenance with your car so there’s no pressure to upgrade the oil change you may have come in for. Midday has no wait, but the evening does. They take coupons from their website (duh..) and USUALLY vacuum the inside of your car. Been coming here for 5 years, and there’s longevity in staff too. Sometimes a high turn around in staff in a car place can be sketchy..

It was fast service. Dan explained me thoroughly about what need to done for my car. All other staffs good too. I changed my oil -transmisson flush in just 20 minutes plus they did free break check for me —- keep it up guys !!

The employees were all very friendly and respectful; they explained other services that my vehicle might need in the future in a way that I could fully understand and did not pressure me to do anything right away. As far as rating their quality, I am not educated in vehicle maintenance, so I cannot say for sure, but my vehicle is running just fine!

I went at around 2 in the afternoon. There was no line. I got my oil changed, antifreeze refilled and they fixed my license plate light. Nice and friendly staff, quick service and I always love how they vacuum the car out for you! Would definitely go back there.

Jiffy Lube to he rescue in a jiffy! :-). Not sure if that attempt at wordplay worked too well, but hopefully it does convey my sentiment. I am a strong believer in taking my car to the a dealer specific to the car brand. My wife encouraged me that for some things you dont have to; if you go to Jiffy Lube they can fix it right on the spot if there is not too much of queue. So, I took my Volvo there on a Saturday morning. The lady at the counter was very helpful and checked me in. Within 2 hours they diagnose that my coolant levels were low because of a leaky hose connecting to the Radiator. The got work done and set me off on my way. She asked me to come back in a week so they can do a follow-up check to see that all is in tact - this bit I was impressed about. I did stop by in a weeks time and they did check it right away and cleared me for the long-haul. Was cost effective as well.Also, check online before you go; I was able to use 15% discount for the Oil Change.

I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about Jiffy Lube shops but in my experience with this one I have nothing but praise.They will work with you as far as getting the job done for the best price. I bought my own parts which lowered my costs considerably & am so grateful they gave me this option instead of just ordering the parts themselves at much higher costs. So many shops don’t allow this & its very unfair to customers.Jiffy Lube mechanic Jose did an excellent job replacing my rear knuckle bushings. The difference in the ride smoothness is tremendous!They also were very helpful & honest in advising me of other work that was needed ( a lower front left control arm) but could be put off for a short time so I could budget for it.They also even advised me about a job they could not do because it is an issue that needed to be diagnosed by a dealer who has the specific testing equipment needed. A lot of shops might simply attempt to do things they are unsure of instead of being honest & referring you to the dealer, and you could end up with a bigger problem. I truly thank Jiffy Lube for being honest & not just attempting something they were unsure of. The dealer ended up totally ripping me off & they even botched up the diagnostic test & have charged me for their error which I’m now fighting with BBB - I so wish Jiffy Lube had the diagnostic equipment needed so I could have allowed them to do this job! I know they would have done it honestly & completely.John, Dan, & Jose are the mechanics I normally deal with but they all are very helpful with good attitudes & are very knowledgeable & are honest enough to refer you when they arent!!

It was a pleasant experience here to get the oil changed for my 2015 Chrysler 200. 15 minutes in and out. They vacuumed my car floor, inflated the tires and cleaned windows as complimentary. My car used to make a noise while releasing the brakes; they fixed it right away.

Dan and his team did a great job reagrding the Engine flush and oil change. Even went above and beyond to point out a dangerous tire situation that I did not check before going on a long trip. The tire was in such bad shape. Bald. Lumps and bumps with metal pieces coming through. I went and got those tires taken care of the very next day! Thanks Jiffy Lube

Great, fast service! I had the oil changed in my SUV. They also topped off my antifreeze and checked my battery (it needs to be replaced). I was very happy with how quickly they completed everything. They even vacuumed the floor of the front driver & passenger sides! I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here in the future for servicing.

Called ahead to make sure they could Change the oil on my Z06 since all the other oil change places where afaraid to work on this car. They said we will have get the filter delivered and it will be here by the time I arrive. When I arrived they had it and got me out in 20 min. Very neat clean and courteous. Excellent service.Dan.

They are really nice and helpful here. They explain everything that they are doing to your car to you. You can watch them work on your car. They clean your windshield and vacuum your car for free. They are also very fast.

Were quick, but that was about the only positive. Went in for an oil change, and they managed to come up with 4 other things I needed fixed, totaling over $400. Went with my gut and asked another local mechanic, and only 2 things needed to be fixed. These guys are just looking to screw you over. They are also not the most friendly. Additionally, they didn’t mark out my oil change with a sticker on my window or digitally on my dash, like literally every other place on the planet does, so expect to track that on your own and guess when it’s time for another oil change.

They took care of my car quickly and efficiently. Good job. Cool group running this location. 99 Buick Century. They improvised to get me on the road without long wait.

If you need your oil changed in a hurry this is the place to go. The staff treats you like youve been a customer forever. The cost is very fair and they work very quickly and efficiently. But not only that, they do other checks on your vehicle that you might not think of. The put the correct air pressure in the tires and cleaned the windows. When you get your car back you can rest assured your ready to go. I will definitely be back when the car needs service. Good people great services.

The service was great. The staff were really friendly. However, the price I paid for an oil change was outrageous! An oil change using synthetic oil and a replacement cabin air filter cost $127.00. If I hadnt been in a bind I never would have paid that much

I have been using this Jiffy Lube for oil changes for a couple years now. The staff is friendly and the service is always fast. I’ve also done my breaks, axel, and had my tires rotated there as well. This place is a quick one stop shop and I can’t recommend it enough.

For a conventional oil change in a Chrysler Town and Country they charge $42 plus tax. Most times you can go to the website and get a coupon for $5 off that price. You did not need to print out coupons if you find any of them online for Jiffy Lube locations.The service for oil change also includes cleaning the windows doing a light vacuum inside and filling all the fluids. This place is well worth the price charge.This location also has a unisex restroom which is handicap accessible.

Worst experience ever. If I could give this place negative stars I would. They charged me $100 for an oil change and BROKE MY CAR! I asked the person when I was paying how my car looked and if there were any problems I should be concerned about and she said “it’s fine” Are you kidding me?! I pay you 100 for you to break my car and tell me it’s “fine.” After bringing it to Jiffy lube my car started leaking oil which lead to a series of other problems, and now just a few weeks later, it’s no longer drivable. Avoid this place at all costs.
