My step dad got a car from this place, it’s only been a month, no complaints about the car yet but when we were there the man in charge, a young man, he was so impatient and rude to a certain degree, my step dad asked to see their online catalog with Cadillacs and this man straight up said you can’t afford it, I was shocked, he was assuming that what we offered as down payment for a car was all he had. And when showing the cars he say he couldn’t show all until we sat down and got one. On top of that he claimed to be a financier more than a sell person, he was more interested in selling (commissions I guess) than in showing us the cars, until we sad down he acted like we were wasting his time. Truly disgusting. Other than that it ain’t too bad

I have purchased two cars from Majestic Auto. And I have no complaints they work with you even if you don’t have credit. So if you don’t have credit, have a job go to Majestic and the car selections are amazing. I just finished paying off my Honda Pilot.

Dont purchase anything from this auto dealer. Please dont. Everything looks good and Max is very charismatic but youre buying junk. The car I bought needs a new engine that costs the same as the vehicle price. This was all after having the suv for less than a year. My initial review was higher because Max basically coerces you into doing so.

Literally a JOKE !!! They showed me a car that was filthy, rusted, and had three flats- in a lot filled with rusty old cars and old construction equipment !! Allen then asked me whats the problem? !!! After I drove for an hour and told him I was coming !!! Tried to by a truck. They were rude and unprofessional from the start. Told them I would pay for my own car fax since they wouldnt provide one (they didnt like that). Once i made a cash offer, they didnt even make me a counter offer or offer to show me any other vehicles. How can you be in the auto sales business if you dont want to sell anything? Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
