I was amazed by how great the staff and service was. I had a brutally long day that ended with a flat tire. Ken was great with making sure to take my info quickly so that someone could look at it. He also discussed in detail possible outcomes such as whether it could be patched or if I would need to purchase a tire. I also met Lee the store manager who was very nice, cheerful, and attentive in addressing my questions. Al, who worked on the tire was able to patch it which I was surprised about but very much grateful for. We chatted and I told him that I didn’t know where the tools or jack for the donut was. I also didn’t know how to properly remove the cover of the donut. Al went out to my car and showed me where everything was and how to open and close the compartments. Bob took great care of explaining all the fine details while checking me out. This was a great crew of employees who made a hellish day not so bad after all. Highly recommend going here for excellent service and genuine smiles.

I went in today and got the best experience at tire and lube shop than any other. Upon arrival I was greeted with kindness and respect. After being listen to about the concerns on my new vehicle I was appointed to the best mechanic in the shop... Maxine. He was great, not only did he come out to talk to me personally to get an better understanding on what I was looking to get done to my vehicle but he vividly explained everything that he could do to keep my vehicle running smooth. He was great now my vehicle is running better and much smoother on the road. Thanks Mr. Maxine.

It was so convenient to order my tires on Amazon and have them delivered to my local Sears. I picked my service appointment preference on Amazon, received an email confirming my appointment time, and received an email when my tires arrived at Sears. When I got to Sears for my appointment the staff were all very welcoming and efficient, especially Mr. Lee Williams. He made the whole process much easier and less stressful than other places I’ve had work done at. I’m extremely pleased with my experience! Will definitely use this service center again!

I walked in for a wheel alignment on my vehicle it was done in an hour and a half to two hours they were very knowledgeable and told me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. I told him up front I did not have the money for anything else but an alignment so they told me to come back if I would like and they would take care of the other issues. I also like how Im able to either walk to Sears store or there are two restaurants on the site that you can walk to what is Houlihans and the other is on the border food there is very good so its definitely worth the wait for your car

Rude employees. Terrible service. They advertise their tires at monthly payments prices. Stood around trying to get someone to help me for 20 minutes. Then I walked out went to Tire Barn and received courteous knowledgeable service. Good price on good tires.This isnt the first bad experience I had at Sears.There is something good that came out of this visit to Sears.(I will never shop there again).

Five star customer service ! I came in at almost closing time and needed to fix one of my tires to make it home. I received help from three guys, Antonio, Bob and Scot, they were super patient, helpful and friendly. The diagnosis and service were super fast and the price was good.

The best auto store for wheel alignment. They have plenty of discount coupons and offer some lifetime packages. The receptionists are courteous, the mechanics are knowledgable. Gave me a very competitive quote on a new power steering assembly unit. Only minus is the time taken to get the repair done despite fewer number of customers.

I purchased tires from this location in February of this year. I noticed that my tire pressure light pops up on my dashboard way too often. I finally got sick of seeing my light and called this location to see if there is a warranty on my tires that I bought not even a year ago. I call to receive an attitude from Ken who did not help me or answer any of my questions and who was extremely rude over the phone. When I asked him if he could look up my transaction history to see if my tires had a warranty he got an attitude and told me he couldnt and that I had to come to the store to get the tread level measured and then he could see from there if my tires had a warranty. How does that make any sense? If I bought these tires LESS THEN A YEAR AGO, why wouldnt there be a warranty? And why did he refuse to check my transaction history when he knew he could do it? I then called customer service to let them know what happened and the gentlemen on the phone was incredible, he answered all of my questions, and told me that I do in fact have a warranty on my tires and that Ken couldve looked up my history with their auto center and that he simply refused for no reason whatsoever. There was no reason for Kens nasty attitude when I was the one who was upset. I spend a lot of money at this location and the fact that he was so rude really rubbed me the wrong way. I will not be coming to this location anymore so that I can avoid receiving nasty attitudes from employees when they are asked simple questions.

Having to wait 40+ minutes to just be checked in for a tire rotation and an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. If it was the first time, I would not be writing this, but instead, this is every time I go to Sears Auto. I would like to drop my car off and when it’s done, it’s done. I shouldn’t have to wait half an hour or longer every time I come in just to drop off my car. I have been using Sears Auto for at least three years, but no more. I am done. I will be going to my local mom and pop shop. I don’t care if the oil change and the tire rotation take an hour or three. That is not the problem.I go because it’s convenient and near my apartment. But when I am spending the time waiting in line that I would spending somewhere else for an oil change, that’s unacceptable. If you value your time, I would suggest going elsewhere.

Lee is the manager at this location and he will take very good care of you. The entire team (including the mechanic) were courteous and mounted and balanced 4 of my brand new aftermarket loose wheels within an hour With ZERO scratches or Nicks. This Sears is now my new Go-To tire place.They even loaded them Into my car! What more could you want?

I recently needed to purchase specific brand tires due to damage to my current ones. The specific tires were not available in the Sears in New Brunswick store. But sales rep Cheryl at the New Brunswick store made a extreme effort locating them at another sears store and had them delivered the next day and my tire service was done without delaying my trip for my daughters out of state competition. This why I rate them 5stars. I may not get things done the way I need to but it’s great to know the extended service I received from employees at Sears Auto in New Brunswick that I don’t know personally did it because they work there.

I came into the auto center to replace 2 tires . Not really knowing much about cars Sheryl was so helpful and guided me on what to do at that moment. I had all 4 tires replaced an alignment and an oil change. My car drives beautifully now. I cant express how wonderful they are there. I will definitely be back!

I want to thank Sheryl and Bert for helping me out of a unexpected and urgent situation last week. I was on my way to a business meeting a few hours away where I had to speak at early in the afternoon and just as I started out my flat tire light came on in the car. I pulled in and went to the desk and they took me immediately for gathering all my information. Sheryl was very patient with me when my boss called and I was on the phone while working with her at the same time... which I know can aggravate most people but she was very understanding, patient and professional about it. They took me right away and Bert expertly repaired my tire in under 45 minutes and got me on the road where I arrived on time!. This was due to their actions!. Having a blowout on the turnpike is not a pleasant experience. Especially when you have to leave your vehicle overnight. Horrible experience. I went here to get my brakes replaced and my appointment was at 3pm. I waited in line for 30 minutes before i was helped. Then they tried to tell me it would cost me 760 bucks to replace my brakes and rotors!!! On top of that my rotors were perfectly fine but they refused to only replace the brakes. Scam artist!!! Went to auto zone and got my brakes for 120 instead of the 760 this place tried to charge me. Unbelievable

I want to thank the manager, Mr. Lee, for his outstanding and remarkable work. My tires were insured by Sears, and they were true to their words. I had J & J towing, Inc., tow my car to Sears, and within minutes, Lee processed my vehicle to get my tires installed. He said it will take about two hours, but it was done in less than an hour. Lee was very professional and timely, and all I had to do was to re-insured my new tires. Many thanks, Lee, for getting me back on the road with my family. Thank you, Sears. Exceeded my expectation. If you really care about your car, please dont take it there to Sears Auto. I went to change my tires, all four of them and its the first time changing them and they messed up my RIMS, scratches and dents all over them. Im just wondering if the guy intentionally messed it up. I should have heeded their rating online but didnt and paid the price. Im gonna file a claim if theres something like that for this, if not its my first and last time with them. Im sure there are better companies out there, check reviews and make a decision guys.

DO NOT GO TO SEARS!!! We made an appointment to get starter fixed. They kept our cars all day, it cost $800 for things we only sort of need and THEY DIDNT FIX THE PROBLEM. The dealership must fix it. They should have told us that FIRST. They are unethical. Now we have paid $800 and *still need our car repaired.* Thanks Sears..... Never again.

I noticed there were some bad reviews from some other customers. It might be true previously but my job was done quick and nice. I visit the store in a Saturday morning and they changed my tires in just 20 mins. The manager is a very nice man. Overall is a very pleasant experience. I plan to visit here again for other vehicle services. Hopefully, they could still do the same good job!

Ordered tires off sears website scheduled an appointment and when I got their the salesman asked to check my car to get my tire info. He then came in an almost immediately told me a tire that I didnt order off sears website and started telling me about alignment deals. I asked him what the price was for these tires and was told a price which was double what I was quoted online. When I told him about what I ordered online he told me they have no tires that price through sears maybe amazon. I brought the deal back up on my phone and showed him that under my tires it said make an appointment which I did to which he told me they must be discontinued. Why is it still up there? No wonder sears is in the shape they are in! Went to Wal-Mart got a great deal and they couldnt be nicer.

I got an accurate quote time and quality work done on my care for a fair price. We asked for a recommendation on which tires to buy and they gave an honest opinion, which was well appreciated. Store was organized and staff was respectful. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I called sears auto to get my alignment done and Sheryl was very nice so I came in to have the car service and received excellent customer services from her will be back in the near future.

I came in to sears Saturday morning and was greeted by Sheryl with a smile. She has great customer service skills.

When I got the battery they never mentioned that there was an installation fee. They charged me an installation fee and made me sit for an hour and half just to change my battery. I told them at the beginning that I have to leave by a certain time because I had class and that I just need to get my batter changed. But instead they did an full inspection of the car and when I told them what I wanted and then proceeded to tell me what I needed to get fixed and if I wanted to get it fixed at that moment and made me late to class. I wanted my old battery back and they also kept that instead of giving it back to me.

I went into sears New Brunswick and I was absolutely happy with Sheryl customer service skills. I will return for more service in the future.

Scheduled an appointment online for a synthetic oil change, discounted at $51.99 (reg price: $70.00). It took them an hour and a half to do the oil change. When I was ready to pay, the total was about $75.00. Now Im aware the quantity of oil required can make differences in the total cost, however, there were multiple other fees that werent truly presented promotion online. Essentially, I felt cheated as a customer.If you just need an oil change, an instant oil change company may be a better option -- at least theyll be done in a third of the time it took Sears.

I had gone for a tire rotation,balance and coolant exchange and the job took about 2 hrs with appt. I guess it was ok on time but when I rode my SUV it ran like I was riding on wooden wheels the pressure on the tires was 45 psi and if I had not reduced it to 35 psi it could have exploded. Total negligence. I will never ever go back there.

Came in for an oil change. They had no other service tickets, so I was the first in line and the only car in the garage. I got in at 3:45 and they didnt finish until a little after 5:30. An hour and 45 minutes is unacceptably long for a simple job that can be done in 20 minutes.Edit: Changing my review from two stars to one. After the long wait, I went to leave and the guy at the counter stopped me and told me I still had to pay, even though I had already given him my Enterprise Fleet Card. I had to spend another 30 minutes in the lobby because the employee didnt have the first idea in the world how to enter the information, even though Sears is a preferred partner for Enterprise Cards. I eventually had to pay out of pocket and wait for a reimbursement because he was never able to figure it out.

Very happy with the service at Sears Auto. Heard a loud motor noise from my car which was properly diagnosed as a bad wheel bearing. The store manager there, Lee, even came himself to explain the issue to me and give me a breakdown of costs. Hopefully my car wont have any further issues but if it does I would return to Sears Auto.

3.5% sales tax here instead of normal NJ 7% sales tax so factor that in. Get my Die Hard batteries here for my cars. Would continue going back, no reason not to. Samsung Pay often times sells $50 gift cards to Sears for $45 which is a nice discount... when I needed a battery for my car, I bought several $50 gift cards all for $45 each. Win.
