Honest mechanics that properly diagnose the problem and give you a fair price for the service! The inside of the shop is clean and they provide excellent customer service. Its difficult to find a good, honest mechanic nowadays and Im blessed to have them! You wont be disappointed!

I needed to top off my oil but couldnt budge the oil tank cap, so I stopped by and a gentleman helped me get it off. Their willingness to help with such a minor task was so appreciated. I topped it off and was on my way. Would go back simply because of the willingness to just be helpful.

Very late review but when I was trying to do everything to get my Chrysler back on the road he constantly reassured me that everything was alright. And it was I had a slight problem that wasn’t his fault when I finally hit the road that involved my alternator but other than that the car was in fine shape. I accidentally brought a smaller battery too and he was still able to put it in. Def would go again

I get free oil changes on my vehicle at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. They also check the car and recommend service that is needed. The cost for the recommended service was $2,000. Needless to say, I only chose the free oil change and advised the dealership that I was going to take my car to my mechanic; of 20 plus years, at Super Tool. Super Tool informed me that I did not need half of the work that my dealer recommended. I received a very reasonable cost assessment of less than $400 for the needed service on my car. Very happy to have Super Tool Automotive on my side!

The crew at Super Tool have diagnosed and repaired several items on my 1994 Volvo 850 that several previous mechanics were not able to. they are not always the fastest or the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. believe me, diagnostic expertise and quality of work is worth extra dollars. I will be bringing another Volvo to them because the other mechanic who has been servicing the car can not seem to get it right.

Theyre great mechanics but the prices are sky-high. They quoted me $540 to change the spark plugs and wires on an ordinary 2005 Subaru. Thats insane, it is not a Bentley!!! A car-savvy buddy showed me how to do it myself. It took one hour and sixty bucks in parts.

I was on my way home at 5:30pm for my daughters concert which was scheduled to start at 7:00pm when my car started giving trouble. I pulled over and checked my phone for the nearest auto shop to get some help. Super Tool Automotive came up and I stopped by begging for them to help even though it said they closed at 6pm. George said he would help me but he was taking care of a couple of customers. At 5:45pm I thought there is no way I am getting any help today and started wondering about leaving my car and getting a Lyft ride to the concert. However, George assigned one of his guys to help me as he was busy trying to help another customer. That guy (cant remember his name) checked me into the system, took my keys, test drove my car AND fixed the problem by 6pm. I was so thrilled I was willing to pay whatever George wanted BUT he said no charge. Wow!! With ALL the cynicism and hate in the world a simple act of kindness made my day. After thanking him profusely he sent me on my way to see my daughters concert. I got to my seat my wife was holding at 6:57pm. Thank you George your compassion in my hour of need will NEVER be forgotten.

Took my car in for a wheel balance because that’s what I thought the issue was, turns out the wheel bearing and lugs were destroyed. Tech also showed me exactly where the issue was. Carlos & George really took care of me at the shop and very quickly as well. Definitely will be back!

Excellent workmanship

I have taken 2 of my vehicles to George and the rest of the team at Super Tool Automotive. I have nothing but good things to say about their shop. My wifes 2002 Toyota Highlander had an issue with the knock sensor and I needed it replaced immediately because we were planning on driving that vehicle 420 miles to the Outer Banks the following day. I brought the car in and George even stayed past closing to make sure that the job was finished. I picked up the car that evening and drove it to North Carolina just hours later with zero issues. We were able to enjoy a great vacation. Then I experienced some issues with my 2004 Infiniti G35 and I knew exactly where to take it. Its an older car and a bunch of things needed to be fixed. Again, they took care of everything and the car drives better now than it did when I purchased it 6 years ago. They are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. I highly recommend using Super Tool as the place for all your vehicles needs!

Not good, vibration, they try and fix-nope, Then the dealer-nope, the a shop recommended by tire rack-nope. George and Supertool -yes and rides better than when i first got the car 7 years ago. We have a fleet of 10 vehicles, and a mechanic who comes to our outfit once a month to perform the normal calls for brakes, coolant change, plugs, shock change etc... Anything complex than normal, creates a problem for us. Also, I have been looking for a perfect tire maintenance location for years. I am glad to find George at Super Tool Automotive. I see they take pride in perfection and outperforming every other repair shop in the area. I wanted to locate a shop that uses Hunter equipment, I had to call Hunter technology and found only two in entire NJ has these equipment. Most people dont know what a road force balance is, they can find a cheap place, but most shops in my experience dont know how to perfectly balance a tire. All our tire and front end work now goes to Super tool on nearly monthly basis. Our corporate clients and executives enjoy a smooth ride all year long now. George, the owner, is a master engineer when it comes to diagnosis. I took my Toyota Sienna to George for diagnosis of an air conditioning problem. My usual mechanic, who I still like and work with, was unable to determine the cause of the warm air flowing into the cabin. It took George and his team about 3 hours to diagnose the broken sensor, and just a short time more to repair it. I had my car back in 24 hours, beautiful cold air pouring through the vents. The expense felt commiserate with the work performed and no more expensive than my experience at other repair shops. The customer service was superior to most.I am currently having a tire pressure sensor problem and Im taking the mini-van back to Super Tool to work out the issue. I have no doubt it will be repaired quickly and permanently.Great shop!

Great shop for 2 reasons, they do quality work, and they wont screw the automobile illiterate over. I know a fair amount about cars and would have fixed the issue myself but didnt have time. I gave the job to George and he was very detailed when going over what was wrong, I already knew the answer to this so I knew George was being hones., 2 other shops quoted me 330 for the job which I knew was over priced George quoted 140, a much more fair estimate. He also fit me in to his schedule last minute so I could make a 4 hour drive last minute.

I would give them more if I could. These guys are amazing. Dealership quoted me for nearly $1000, they did it for $250. Unlike most places that they change to charge, they only change or fix if needed. I would definitely recommend them and would not go anywhere else for my cars.

Been going to George for 7 years - When you go to an auto shop you want somebody who will give you decent advice, do good service and Not rip you off at every possible opportunity. He was just that. He has never recommended any service or part that was not immediately needed - so any day I will recommend him to my friends. He lives 20 miles from my place but I still take all my 3 cars to him

I live in Alabama and was looking at a car in New Jersey that had a rebuilt title. I found Super Tool Automotive based on Google and Yelp reviews. George was so professional. He explained exactly what they will do, how they do the work and what the report will look like. Not only was he professional but also easy to speak with and offered to call the dealership I was looking at the car at to set up an appointment to have the car brought in.Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, the dealership wouldnt bring the car to Georges shop which to me is very telling.So while I didnt get a final product from Super Tool Automotive I can tell that they were going to do an awesome job. I wouldnt hesitate to reach out to them for help if I lived in the area.I am a car nut and George and I discussed our love of racing, different tracks he has raced motorcycles at, etc. As a car person, someone who races motorcycles knows the dangers of racing so he clearly knows how to focus on details and will know what to look for regarding issues.

I have been taking my cars to SuperTool for years and I keep going back because I believe they do top quality work for a fair price. Their work is always good and thorough but above all, I value the integrity and honesty there. If something doesnt need work, they will tell you - not fleece you. I have found that its very hard to find a repair shop that you can have 100% trust and confidence in but I do feel that with SuperTool. I will continue to use them for the indefinite future.

Ive been taking my familys vehicles to Supertool Automotive for years. Before I found this place, it was one lousy shop after another. The team at Supertool has always been honest, direct, and have gone the extra mile to accomidate my time constraints and to help me understand the mechanical issues and how they deal with them. Theyve recently expanded their shop moving 1/2 mile down the street, quadrupling in size and new equipment to be able to service their growing satisfied customer base. They offer a fair, modest price and you can count on them to provide a thorough diagnosis, quality parts, and skilled service. I dont work here or have any other ties to this place other than Im just really relieved to have finally found a good solid mechanic shop.

I was charged $180 to mount and balance 4 tires 245/40/18. One of the techs managed to scratch one of my brand new wheels (Enkei Kojin) out of the box. He didnt want to take responsibility for it at all and claims it was already like that. Thats bs. I checked every wheel before going and they were in spotless. What pissed me off the most was he started going off topic and trying to outsmart me saying if these wheels would even fit my Evo. Like, why does that even matter to him? He doesnt even know what car they are going on. Thankfully I never handed them my actual car, just the wheels. Im sorry Geroge. I was really happy about you expanding your business, but since my last visit it seems its all about taking advantage on someone. Youve lost my business.p.s: recently got new summer tires and went to Mitsubishi and I was charged only $90 for the labor which is half what you charged me. I never got my refund for that defective tensioner either

They will charge you USD 105 to tell you something you already know about your vehicle, and to give you no option except to replace major parts (like transmission, engine.. etc.)! And you will need to follow up with them on that 🙄
