Jay is nice and very great at his job. Jay made sure that I understood and hade all the information needed about the car I purchased. Also if my truck needs maintenance I can come back to them and the mechanics will fix and handle my vehicle. I can say i was skeptical at first but after meeting Jay and interacting with him he made us feel comfortable and at home. In all my years of experience with purchasing anything jay was the most welcoming and kind sales associate any one can ask for. For that I just say thank you for accommodating us and giving us such a wonderful experience.

I went to that dealership to buy a car which they have misrepresented on the online advertisement. the pictures were for a 2013 while the description was for a 2011 KIA Sorento. They showed me the 2011 which was different than what they have advertised. I asked to see the one that was used to advertise the 2011. after discussing the price, the sale guys (Jake and Omar) said they needed to do some minor repairs such as oil change etc. before I can take the car. I seen some oil under the car but was quickly advised by the two guys that nothing was wrong. then after the work completed on the car, I signed all the paperwork, drove off out of the lot. few miles down the road the car came to a full stop after I heard a noise coming from the engine. so, I pulled over to see some oil on the ground. called them and none wanted to bother find a tow truck to get back to their lot. I paid $500 to get to car back to the dealership. now they are trying to make me paid for the repairs while I needed to get my money back. this is straight of the book RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! SHADY BUSINESS, SHADY PEOPLE, BAD BUSINESS! this is a perfect example of business that we need to put out of business. this business should see his license revoke and fine for unfair practices. I would appreciate it if BBB could provide steps to close this SHADY BUSINESS and stop them trying to ripping off people.

Be careful when buying from this place. Before you purchase from this place please READ the reviews. They have the cars on their main website page for “less” than what it is then charge you a different price “higher” on paper BEFORE taxes. My car was listed for $3995 and on paper he customized the sell price to $4995 so my down payment only went to the additional fees not towards the car. I also had a missing door handle off the car that was not shown on the pictures online. BE CAREFUL people...

Got my first car from here and everything went smooth, this guys treat you like family, no you literally are family to them once you get in there that’s it you leaving but with a smile just look at the reviews, they get straight to the point don’t lie give you advices and want the best for ya, ask for manny, Chris or mike literally all of them 😍😍😍best places, this a must go to even if it’s far away I promise you is worth it !!! I purchased a 2009 Audi q7 from this dealer with broken door handle. They promise to fix it. But every time I went to get it fixed they always give me an excuse. I feel that they had no intention of fixing it. Every employee there gave me the same excuse. I will not be getting any more vehicles from this dealer. If they would have fixed the car I would have recommended them to everyone I know. And they would of had a long time customer .

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went in there and put a deposit down on a car that was 3,850 before fees and taxes. When I went to pay the rest of my down payment, they tried rushing us through signing paperwork. Thankfully, I was reading everything carefully, as they tried pushing the price up to almost 7,000 before taxes and fees. Also, they tried to convince me to buy gap insurance for 750 on that car, which just so happened to be 10 years old. They processed my cards for the down payment before I signed everything, and I have been hunting them down to get my money back. It’s been over a week and they cannot seem to send me proof that they processed the return. The manager always seems available when it comes to sales time, but not around to return money. Don’t shop here. They give car salesmen a bad name.The only good thing about this place was the representative named Jay, but no one could save a deal that had been turned so sideways by management.

Bought my bmw, they cleaned the engine bay and later that day i noticed there was a gasket leak they didnt mention. They also wouldnt do anything about the problem. Now 2 1/2 months later the starter and ground cable need to be replaced along with battery cause of how old it was. BMW quoted me at $1400 for fix. I bought this car at their price thinking no issues, do your search people! Dont fall for any traps

This dealer is THE WORST!! They sold me a car with a MAJOR oil leak that they covered up by cleaning the engine prior to me picking up. I called several times about another issue with the car and they said they would get back to me after they spoke with the Owner. I had to call numerous times and still didnt get an answer so I finally took the car to my own mechanic, over $3,000 in repairs. After I received the repair quote I called to speak to the Owner who still hasnt called me back, I didnt want to speak to one of the sales guys that gave me a constant run around story. DONT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

My Family member brought a car there and just in a couple of days it had issues. It was broughy back there and tbey claimed they fixed it. Lies they didnt do anything. I would not buy a car there. Not credible at all. Take your money and thats it.

Do not trust. Metal shavings on dip stick. They spray painted over rust. Wind shield leaking. Oil smelled like gas. Check engine light on. Bumper falling off. I was told it had aluminum chrome wells. It was plastic wheel covers. I drove over 8 hours to see the truck. I was told by Omar the truck was in great shape. This dealership should be ashamed. And shutdown!!

I read the reviews and was frankly shocked. I guess my interaction was completely different, because the customer service/experience was TERRIBLE. I think it may have been my saleswomen, Jesenia. She sounded annoyed from the minute I called and refused to answer any of my questions about the car. She tells me the dealership is a mid-size to large dealership, and I checked online to find that they had 24 cars in inventory and only 15 reviews. Clearly, she had no issue lying to me about this, which makes me wonder what else she would lie about to get the sale. She told me that she owned the dealership, which alarmed me considering the rude tone she used throughout the conversation. I would STRONGLY not recommend, or just steer clear from Jesenia.

Service sucks here, they sold us a car with a accident on car fax after mike told me it was a clean carfax. They sell you cars with problems, they’ll tell you they’ll fix it but just try to cover up with cheap fix. I will never recommend anyone to this dealer!!
