Stylish Chakra is a great place to shop for Indian clothing. We bought some saris to give as gifts which were a huge hit. The couple who owns this well stocked outlet were very friendly and patiently helped us find the perfect gifts well within our price range. They have an incredible selection of all sorts of Indian clothing for men, women and children. They are observing COVID protocols with masks and temperature checks which made the shopping experience safe and enjoyable. Strongly recommend the store!

This store has a great variety of stylish Indian ethnic outfits. The owner (Jyoti) and her husband were extremely helpful and dedicated towards their customers! Although they were short of staff, Jyoti was doing her best and personally attending to every customer that walked into the store. I’ve never been more excited for Diwali in years. Was there for casual shopping with the family and was very impressed by their enormous collection and friendly service. I must admit, over the past 17 years of my stay in the US, I have never experienced a place like Stylish Chakra Fashion Outlet where customer service is built on major human qualities including empathy, patience, and flexibility. The owners (Jyoti and her husband) maintain a “people-first” attitude both for their employees and customers. I was surprised to see Jyoti personally asking and ensuring her employees were able to get a break, while she and her husband continued serving the customers during the busy hours. They truly believe in making their customers happy rather than just making a sale at their store. Also, I must highlight that Jyoti makes her customers feel supported, heard, and important!! She made me feel like I was shopping with a friend who offered options about whats the perfect match for you. BTW, I completely forgot to mention that I was in a crisis mode, shopping on a late Saturday afternoon looking for an outfit for Sunday…LOL. I walked out with some great outfits. I was visiting NJ for Diwali and was looking for party wear Indian dresses - I had been to 4 stores in new Brunswick but did not find anything to my liking before coming to stylish chakra. My aunt suggested this store and Im glad to have visited here. The owner was very sweet and helped me find dresses in my size and style - loved the collection and the staff...had a great experience and would really recommend this place for Indian clothes.

The woman the owner of the store was very helpful and patient with me especially since I was the last customer to leave the store. 9/11/21. The prices are good. She will work with you and your budget. It was my first time and experience going to an Indian store to buy an outfit for an Indian reception. She was very helpful in assisting me in getting an outfit. There is large variety of selection to choose from. Only thing is they need more helpers like the owner to assist customers who are not of the Indian culture so you don’t have to wait for the owner which would speed up the process and she wouldn’t have to be so divided and torn and tired at the end of the day. She was awesome and knows her stuff that everyone wants her help. If I have to go to another Indian wedding or reception I would definitely go back to this store.

My experience shopping for indian dresses, which can be hectic and a hassle, especially in a time crunch, was a great one at this outlet. Went in for 1 item and there were multiple people there who bought multiple items however came in checkout line after i was already waiting. The owner said she was going to attend to me right after she was done with other customer ok. She is rude! Worst experience ever. Says shes running a business when i said i didnt want a cash reciept. The assistant next to her was very sweet to apologize. The owner however pathetic! You can run a business when you have customers! I recommend getting shopping done elsewhere! Overly priced as well for a simple tunic $20? I can get it for 10 bucks on oak tree same design. I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go there! So rude!

Eventually ordered the groomsmen outfit ( about 18 of them ) . Chander ji worked diligently and got the dresses made in India, got it shipped here and was ahead of schedule with delivery . Quality of work was excellent. Would highly recommend for bulk orders . Prices were competitive and reasonable.

Had a great experience here! The place was extremely covid safe, taking temperatures and making sure everyone got a pair of disposable gloves. There’s a ton of options and selections in every size and for every occasion. I walked with not just one outfit like I initially planned for because of the wide selection of casual, to nice, to super fancy. The customer service was great too with Jyoti bringing up sizes that would suit me better. She gave us great deals and also she tossed in a mask that would match my new outfits! This is the place to go for all your Indian/Desi outfit needs. I’m a American and plus size and was attending a wedding that was Bangladeshi. I had no clue what I needed I went to 3 stores before hers who told me they didn’t have my size. When I walked (feeling a little defeated) the owner Jyoti was happy to help me find what I need. She went through saree styles she had and went above and beyond to show me how to wear them and walk in them. She also was able to get my order completed quickly and efficiently as I got two sareess pre-pleated, had hooks added and a custom blouse and petti coat. If you want good customer service and a good selection this is the place to go as she and her staff where truly a blessing in finding what I need. I cannot say enough good words about her and her team!! Thank you so much.

The lady owner is rude, overbearing and loud. My kids were scared of her so went back to the car.We were there for hardly 45 minutes, the lady owner kept changing her words on the deal she was offering and accused us of been there for 3-4 hours. When we finalized couple items she cancelled the deal flat out. To top it off she raised her voice, was rude and made a big scene in front of other customers. To mitigate the situation my husband and I apologised to the her but she didn’t budge and cancelled the deal. We didnt buy anything here and will never go back.Not good collection, staff is not knowledgeable, prices were very high and clothes were not sorted/organised by size or style.

Exclusive store for Indian stylish outfits! The prices are good and the service is excellent! Jyotiji was very helpful, even though there were a few other customers she was helping everyone. We ended up buying a few outfits and went way over their closing time and still she was helping us with a smile on her face.As soon as you reach the store you need to call them and they open the door, take your temperature, you need to fill the health safety form, use sanitizer and then go do your shopping. So they are taking Covid 19 seriously and working towards the shoppers safety.

The service of this place in incomparable to any where else my family and I have experienced. Unfortunately do not remember the owners wife name (who helped us) or the owner, but they are both sweet hearts to say the least. they are covid prepared, and well prepared in general to provide excellent customer service. they also have a wide variety of sherwanis (mostly indian style but also some that can pass as pakistani. and very large variety of women clothes (indian style). i would recommend coming here to anyone, really. if not leaving with a purchase, the owners will surely make sure you leave with a smile on your face.

Great customer service, helped coach our whole family on outfits for our trip to Delhi for a wedding. Outfitted 2 women and 2 men (one just from measurements), they helped us stay on budget, with consideration for the different events, and yet had everything look amazing. The owners and staff were all wonderful to us, and took time to answer questions and share opinions.PS. - The reviews from the family in India were that we looked GREAT, with many questions about how we arrived with such beautiful outfits for every occasion. I think they were a little surprised with their American cousins :-)
