Good service, staff is nice however the deliver time was long and bathroom was dirty

This store price is changed everyday depend on staff. Also bread and cookie display area is SUPER dirty. There are flies... So disgusting environment. Unfortunately staff is not friendly AT ALL. They need to know who is pay for your wage.

Watering hole for all RWJ staff, patients and their families. You might be getting coffee next to a world renowned surgeon and not even know it. At lunch time staff tends to get overwhelmed but overall still maintain good service speed. Matcha latte is da bomb.

Price (on same order) consistently different, inflated prices, rude staff, working hours constantly changing. There is a clear lack or absence of management.

Good service. A bit of a longer wait than I thought it shouldve been, given the small number of customers before me. Good service and good coffee overall.

I asked for ice coffee and the cashier said latte, i repeated a few more times that i wanted coffee. He still rung it up wrong. When the girl that made it gave it to me, i told her its wrong, she very rudely laughed and walked away. I had to speak up and tell them it was wrong in order to get the drink I wanted.

6/23 8:50 pm came in for last call.. the watered down my coldbrew told me its supposed to be done that way. Taste like mostly water and I could see through the cup. I have their cold brew regularly.. done with this Starbucks.

I mean come on its Starbucks its always good to me. When they do make a mistake they just remake and even let you keep the mistake. Most times I dont however because i dont drink coffee and tjats usually my issue lol.

Certainly a top place in the area. ill return friends next time. prices were average for the menu. they have so many reviews for a reason.

Bane of my wallets existence. I have to walk the stairs every day to get myself a treat. Staff are friendly and remember your name pretty quick.

Generally love the peppermint mocha latte but it was terrible. The scone was good, as always.

Walked over to the Starbucks in RWJ. The staff informed us they were closed. It is only 8:45pm. Hours on their site state they are open until 10pm.

Nothing but pleasant experiences here.

Ill return with my coworkers. The place has a great atmosphere.

Coffee is good to expensive and they do not give RWJ employees a discount. Some of the staff need to be retrained on common courtesy since they do work in a hospital setting.
