I ordered a part and instead received a different customers item. My package was labeled with two different shipping labels--one for my address and one for the other customer. Its been well over a week since I sent an e-mail to customer service. I spoke to two different representatives who were of no help and each took 15 minutes to simply reply they would let their team know. I have not heard back in any way on how they will compensate me. If I got back a response in a reasonable time, the item I purchased would most likely still be in stock. I can only imagine the other customer that didnt receive their item is also in a similar fiasco.
