Nice Place, Good People. Was Not There Problem But Out Of Freezers or Would hve gave Them a 5.

I highly recommend Allshouse Appliances. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I had a bad experience trying to buy a washing machine from HomeDepot. Allshouse not only sold me a high quality appliance they were able to deliver it on the same day. I am thrilled with my experience. I will be a repeat customer.

One of the rare locally owned and operated appliance stores. Nice selection of appliances, washers, driers, refrigerators, microwave oven, freezers, air conditioners, dish washers, stoves, dehumidifiers and bedding. Great service too. Our daughter purchased a replacement OTR microwave and it was installed the next day by a very capable technician. We are very pleased!

Good quality merchandise and quick service

Weve bought many of our appliances from Allshouse. Its a good feeling to keep the business in the community. Their prices are always competitive and customer service very good. Their salesman Michael is very knowledgable and does whatever he can to help. We just purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer for our rental property. Though they were backed up on deliveries they managed to fit us in and get them there fast.

Very knowledgeable salesman, and a large selection of appliances to chose from. We purchased our washer and dryer last year and were pleased with the delivery men. Later the dryer had a manufacture recall and the nice and capable repair man came our and installed the new parts. We now need a new stove and vent hood, it was the only place we went to look, picked out and ordered. I Highly recommend them!

This stackable system was purchased in 2004 and besides normal wear that was always serviced by Allshouse it is the best and they are as well! Always reasonable prices, timing, and understanding fantastic staff! Thanks again so much to everyone at Allshouse!! I would never purchase anything anywhere else.

Great experience in appliance shopping. The salesman, Michael, was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He listened attentively to determine my refrigerator needs, then directed me to the relevant options, offering pros and cons of each choice. I felt comfortable making my purchase, feeling that I had been given enough information to make an informed decision. The associate who handled my financing was also pleasant, efficient and helpful. All in all, an excellent shopping experience. Although Allshouse is quite a distance from my home, I will gladly make the trip to shop here in the future.

In my opinion, I cannot recommend this retailer for anything. I called an identified my needs. I was allegedly going to get a call back. Never happened.I call a second time said, Hey, remember me. After a long hold, they said they were going to send somebody. A younger guy came out, took measurements, but gave me no answers.After several days, I called back again. I was asked who my salesman was and by that point I didnt remember. I told her about the measurements and was put on hold again. When she came back on the line, she indicated your salesman will call you.I finally received a call from, in my opinion, an extremely rude salesman. The guy wouldnt let me speak. He started running dimensions off as I repeated several times, Hang on, let me get a pen. The he told me everything they wouldnt do while want to charge between two and three hundred in installation. The call ended.Needless to say the are on my do not shop list. Its really hard for a local business to achieve this and were new to the area. (Pitt Metro)

Price and service, this is the best place to buy. I checked the big stores before we bought our new kitchen suite but they had extra charges for services Allshouse includes so my total cost would have been more than what it was at Allshouse. And I was not impressed with how service would be handled thru the big store if I should have a problem. Allshouse does the service themselves for the products they sell.

Bought a single mattress for a bad with the box springs in October 2017. The sales guy over charged us $20.00 so we had to write another check. My hubby went up there to see if we could get a replacement mattress due to our mattress bubbling in the middle and the springs coming through the mattress. The mattress is only 4 months old.The sales man... Same one told him they do not sell that mattress any more and he would have to up grade it to a different mattress for $55.00 more. My hubby said no thank you I dont have $55.00 more dollars. He tried to talk to the owner and he told my hubby to leave and not come back. REALLY? SO NOW WE R CALLING SEELEY ABOUT IT. WE HAVE ALWAYS SHOPPED THERE. OUR PARENTS SHOPPED AND GRANDPARENTS TOO BUT NO MORE SO BEWARE WHAT U BUY THERE THEY ARE A RIP OFF. we have always went there for everything but I guess people change

So glad my wife and I went to Allshouse to buy our washer. We originally bought the same washer at Home Depot, but before we had it delivered we saw the same washer for $80 cheaper at Allshouse.Not only did we save $80 purchasing from Allshouse, but the night before they delivered it we got 3” of snow. I did my best to plow and salt our driveway for delivery, but our driveway is 800’ long and it was so cold that the driveway turned to ice. The delivery guys were unable to get their truck up our driveway due to the ice, so they put the washer on a dolly and hauled it 800’ up our steep driveway. Now I would of never expected them to do that. I just assumed they would of postponed my delivery.It is little things like that that sets companies apart from the larger distributors. Not only was saving $80 enough reason to go to Allshouse, but we got special service most companies wouldn’t of done.

I will not buy from anyone else again. Prices are the same as major stores, but most importantly, SERVICE. When you buy from a major retailer and something goes wrong, you will be given a 800 number and sent on your way to wait for some service person from another area to call you to schedule an appointment maybe 2 weeks from when you need it and that is just to evaluate your issue, maybe not fix it. I dont care what kind of promotion a big box store is offering, it is not worth it. Allshouse gives same day or one or two day service, at the latest, and I learned this the hard way. And the service people are knowledgeable and friendly. Mr. Allshouse is hands on in the store and is focused on helping the customer. You only want to buy your appliance/mattress (same day delivery) here. Hands down, do not look anywhere else, and they can get anything you want except for Sub Zero, Wolf, Thermador, etc....

The salesman that spoke with me was not friendly, he answered questions but almost begrudgingly, perhaps because I told him up front that I was not ready to buy that day. It was not because he was busy. He did not have another customer.

Well they have a wide selection on appliances at reasonable prices I had a problem with a range hood I bought they replaced it immediately staff really friendly and the 2 guys who installed stove and washer dryer were really quick and efficient 2 thumbs up.

Unable to get an appointment to repair a latch on a washing machine they sold. Pride themselves on servicing what they sale. One full week and cant even get an appointment scheduled.
