I had two car alarm, courtesy and accent lighting plus a car amplifier installation done at this store recently and was very satisfied with the end results... Everything is working perfectly and Im pleased...The installer John was top notch and made sure everything I requested was perfect and installation was clean.The sales person Ali, who not only located all the parts I wanted but provided transportation home after I dropped off my car... I have had lot of installation at other stores at this was a first... Nobody else comes close... They will be my go to store from now on!!!

Had a great experience at this location. The customer service was wonderful and very helpful. The associate I dealt with went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. He even came out to my car to make sure I understood. Only went over there for something small but will definitely be back for all my various car needs!

I had my windows tinted here and a few weeks later as I was washing my car I noticed small bubbles all over my resume front windows. I called to complain about the quality of work and the gentleman I spoke with wasnt helpful at all and did not offer to fix the problems. I will no longer recommend this place to others as I have done in the past.

Saved a bunch of money coming here after sound of tri state tried to rip me off . Would definitely recommend this place. Got my Hid lights fixed

This place has to be the worst store in Delaware! Nobody has a clue as to what they are doing! You make an appointment, one day before you appointment they call you and cancel to tell you someone is out sick! Come back another day to give them the benefit of doubt, they say come in early in the morning, they dont touch the car till 230 in the afternoon, then at 730 pm they tell me they cant finish the job! Very dissatisfied with this place! Please dont go here you might catch a case!!!

Put a great sound system in my familys vehicle at an affordable rate opposed to buying and installing everything yourself!.. my family member actually saved money having them do it.

My wife and I just purchased 2 brand new cars right down the road from these jokers and wanted some enhancements. Well before we did I thought I give them ( the New Castle locarion) a test run with a small job on another vehicle just in time to discover that their customer service skill is definitely terrible. After continully being insulted I left and went 2 miles down the road to get my oil changed and I told the owners of the oil change business of the horrible experience I had at Audio Jam and they opted to do the work that I needed Audio Jam to do. At a third of the price. DO NOT EVER step foot in this place or even recommend it EVER...

Went to see if they could order and install an aftermarket system for a Mazda 3. Left info for them to contact us, never received a call back. Guess they didnt want our business.

Sales man was rude and uninterested in what we needed help with, he had an attitude when asked to re explain how to hook up the wires to the part we bought . Wont go back here.

Quick service times with quality work!

Friendly staff, went in there yesterday for speakers and had them install on the spot. The wait wasnt long and speakers sound great.
