Warning: look elsewhere when it comes to doing business with these guys. They are now under new management, and their customer service skills are horrible.On top of that, I had a problem that I’m now facing in regards to an alarm installation that was down a couple years back.It is now sitting in a shop only to find it out that the work done by mobile one is nothing but shortcuts.I now had to pay a little more to get the job done right. I would highly advise to look around and find the one who can actually take care of you right.Do not put your trust in these guys.

I went to mobile one for a new sound system that included a head unit, amp, subs, and speakers. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the items I needed to purchase to get the best sound possible. They were friendly and worked in a timely manner. I’m very happy with the outcome and I’ll definitely be back with all my car stereo needs!

I have always looked for a mechanic/ car shop that would truly fix what was wrong and not try to overprice me... and this is the PLACE. The owner is more than helpful and accommodating. I was able to get in the same day with the issue I have been having with my car for months that no one was able to resolve. Everyone that works there is more than helpful. Will definitely be back.

Terrible!!! I have to redo power wires and speaker wires. They used cheap CCA wires instead of OFC, they used 18 gauge for speakers, gave me the cheapest amps, now amps keep overheating and cutting off. Just whack. In-line fuse blew after like 3 weeks. Just save your money and go somewhere else

Took our 2007 Chevy Silverado truck there about 6 weeks ago, with problems with radio/speakers issues.Within 2.5 problem resolved price was right, service was friendly & prompt.Would definitely recommend these gentlemen for quality work

I think they did do a decent job. I walked in no appointment,so I waited to get my stereo in. Was alot $$ for what I got but I would suggest this company. They did know what theyre doing!

These guys are awesome. I took my truck to get tint. I was scheduled immediately, they did it in one day and were very accommodating to my schedule. It was a small problem I didn’t notice, but they picked up on it and took full responsibility for to correct it. Patronizing this shop is like going to visit your friends at work. The staff is personable and friendly. I referred my parents when they needed their tint done. Check them out.

We needed a car alarm installed on the truck. Decided to come here since the reviews were nice. Shop was closed during business hours. The guys in the garage told us office staff stepped out and should be back to open shortly. Waited for 20 minutes, no one ever showed up. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

I wanted to upgrade the sound system in my Camry and was prepared to have it done in Lancaster Pa. where I once lived and where I had my last cars system done. Then I found Mobile 1 Audio. I was really impressed by the consistently great reviews and decided to check them out. My experience with Mobile 1 exceeded all my expectations in every way. Shawn recommended the amp and four speakers he thought would do the job...a mid-priced amp and entry level speakers. When I suggested that maybe the mid-level speakers might be better he insisted that the lower priced ones were the right choice. And when I asked if we should consider replacing some of the other speakers he said its not necessary. He didnt try to sell me more than I needed! When was the last time that happened? So I got just what I needed for less than I was willing to pay and he installed them the next day so Id have the new equipment for a trip to upstate New York the day after that. I rarely give any business a five star rating but it was an easy decision to give Mobile 1 Audio one.Glad I found them and will not hesitate to return in the future.

This is my 2nd time going here for something. Both times I had a great experience here. This time I had a remote start installed on my wifes car..everything works perfect. Shawn is a very knowledgeable and professional technician. He installed a budget (Pioneer) music system in my Pilot. Also installed backup camera (Rydeen) as well as great looking window tints. All work was done within less than 3 hours. Shawn was Very professional and courteous. And the cost wasnt too heavy on the pocket either.I would recommend Mobile 1 Audio to everyone.

Took my car to Joes car stereo for a simple amp install and what a hack job. Should be Joes hack shack. Then to Audio Jam (should be reputable right), had to take it there at least 10 times and still never got it right with wires shorting out (and my left front speaker). They tried to get me to accept a $150 amp after paying for a $400 amp.I finally took it to Mobile One Audio and they fix the screw ups from the others and installed my speakers and I couldnt be happier. Great job with my windows! The family is happy to have the Sun out of their eyes & my wife is happy that our new-born is protected from the Sun. The staff walked me through what tint would do what and made sure that I had the Tint that I both wanted & needed before it was applied. I felt well informed from my inital phone call and throughout the entire experience. Went here to get front passenger and driver side windows tinted to match my rear windows. The tints didn’t really match. The back windows are black/dark tints but the tints they installed are more of a dark greenish shade tint. Will probably have to get them removed and go elsewhere.
