This place is a joke. Cars are over priced and no work have been done to his cars. I looked at Cadillac truck online it looked good but in person was a rust bucket. After I told him about it he just looked stuck and still want 20K for it lol rims was 60% peeled of chrome from salt.

Committing to a used car was a big deal for me because I always heard bad things about things going wrong in the long run. However, that is what I had to commit to financially at this age. It was a big deal for me to find a place that was reliable and could give me some sort of guarantee that if something went wrong with my car, they could help me fix it in the future. The salesman was very respectful and honest. I felt that I could depend on him to help me through finding my best match. He went out of his way to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. My credit score is not the best but he still was willing to work with me. I appreciated the attentiveness too detail as well. Every time I needed an oil change, he was able provide the full service. Bought a pickup truck from this place a year and a half ago a 2000 dodge dakota for 4 thousand i paid cash. it only had a hundred thousand miles on it since then I have put 15,000 miles on it and I have had to replace the battery, brake lines, power steering pump, power steering return line high pressure line, catalytic converter a leak detection pump and cylinder heads also the AC is going so Ill have to have that fixed. if you are looking to buy a car that youre going to have to put a lot of money into later on this is the place to shop. I have spent more money fixing this truck then what I paid for it I will never buy a truck from here again its a waste of money. I know these cars are used but for 4 thousand cash i should have gotten a better vehicle then what I got.

The owner was very attentive and patient in terms of working with my financial situation. Despite my burdens at home and the low budget I had, he was understanding and helped me find the Toyota I had my eyes set on walking in. I am pleased with the service and will be coming again for my daughters car as well in the future.

Blackshire motors, from a score 1-10 I give them a 10 plus. I have bought 5 vehicles from Blackshire in the last 10 years and they went over and above to satisfy me and my family. They are honest and do everything they say they’re going to do. They always stand by they’re word and I am happy to this day to continue doing business with them.

The staff is very friendly and they have a large inventory. However, within a couple of days several things went wrong with the vehicle, one of which was a major safety issue. It was so bad the mechanic shop strongly recommend that we not even take the vehicle back home as it was so unsafe. The day we got it, there were already issues. They agreed to pay half of the major issue(not safety related) if we got it fixed within a certain amount of time. In my opinion, if there are problems that were there when the vehicle was bought (we werent aware of them before it was bought) then we shouldnt be responsible for any of the cost. Basically, get the vehicle inspected by a mechanic before you buy it.

Drove all the way from Ohio to purchase a vehicle. The vehicle was exactly like advertised, purchased and drove the vehicle home that day! Vehicle ran great! Will do more business in the future.

I had a very good experience at Blackshire. I ended up getting a great deal on a great car. As others have mentioned, they went above and beyond with helping with the car. After I signed, they were under no obligation to help with anything, but when I told them the oil was low, they happily changed it and other fluids. The car was also spotless when I bought it. These truly are great, ethical people. They also dont want to confuse you into BS financing like a lot of places do. As a small/medium size dealership, its actually in both sides favor to pay cash or do your own financing. The downside is they always seemed a bit understaffed when I was there and the building is a bit small. So if youre the type to drag out negotiations, just know you may be in the presence of other customers and he may be occupied with other things. You may want to try to find a less busy time to do so.

Went to look here for a car that would accomodate my fairly large family. They had a wide variety of vehicles and were trying to work with me with my price range and credit. They dont repair the car if it is little bit more than one month. I got a car from them which broke just a month after. I had to pay for fix my car.It is ridiculous. I had pay for my spare key. They are not trusted. Dont go and buy any car from them. They are a bunch of liars

Bought a truck from them erased the engine light I know because the took time working on something that I could tell at the time after I took for a week the engine light came on, it was the catalytic converter 1, 500 hundred to fix they got me good I pay straight cash for it, dont go to this place they will rip u up

Buying a used car is so scary because you dont know what you are really buying. A couple of test drives really doesnt tell you too much. You depend on the car salesman to be honest and really care if you are driving an reliable car off the lot...I found a family friendly, respectable and honest used car dealer at Blackshire Motors. They went above and beyond to make sure the car i was buying was perfect. I was also able to work one-on-one with Ahlam and she answered all my 10,000 questions, which was awesome to have that kind of dedicated, personal service. They did a full service, oil change, tire rotation, etc. before i left and when they put it on lift, something needed fixed and the owner called and ordered parts immediately and had the work done before i left the lot...the owner also had new front brakes put on without me asking and ordered part for seat of car that is broke- no questions asked....and its a 12 year old car with just 80,000 miles that I bought at a great price!!!! The extended warranty is also a steal! The owner and Ahlam were absolutely wonderful. The service guys were awesome and very knowledgeable, not just some dudes off the street working at a used car lot. I almost felt like everyone chey cared about me like their own family. I left that car lot knowing that if anything went wrong, that it wasnt going to be a fight to get it taken care of. I cant say enough positive things about Blackshire Motors. Never ever go here. We were in desperate need of a car and they definitely took advantage of us. We bought the car and after a week we were rear ended took it to a shop they recommended, after 4 weeks finally got the car back. The next day the engine blew. Had to have to car towed to them. They refused to do anything about it. Told us we had to pay for the car no matter what because the 30 day warranty was past due. So this is 5 weeks after I bought the car and it being in the shop for 4 of those weeks. Long story short I had it towed to them with the key and a note that pretty much told them where they can put their car! Again stay away!

My credit is not good at all but fazal got me in the car with a really low payment. Where do I start, check engine light, Vsc light, Vsc off light. Didnt have these problems the first couple of days but after that lights are on. Took it back they replace some filter said it was fine. Got it back and same thing. Also the O/D light flashes on and off never fixed. The car need 4 new tires and brakes within 1 month. I will never go back and not recommend this place. I will be contacting the BBB and file a complaint. Even though its a used car you should expect something better than this.

Everything about my experience there was good from the sales to the car. Truck had an oil leak when we purchased we were told that they would fix it...the problem was never fixed correctly and now we have to put in a new engine shoty work and no consideration for selling junk. I do not recommend buying anything here

I have good experience from Blackshire Motors,I bought an Accord 2013 after two months the battery died, I called to blackshire Motors, they towed my car changed the battery, and gave me a free oil change, I SPENT NOTHING!

I bought two cars there both had a lot of problems after 6 months. Car where so bad we both paid thousands of dollars to get the cars fixed. They claim all the cars are check out but there not make sure u get a car fax. One of the cars we didn’t know had a accident.

Brought a car less than a month ago, and my motor locked so now Im out of money and a car!
