I arrived about 7 minutes before my appointment and was greeted within a couple of minutes. Since I was waiting for the recall work to be completed I was escorted to the waiting area which was clean and comfortable. My car was ready within the hour and they even washed it. This was such a pleasant experience with courteous staff who were professional and swift with repairs. Thank you Preston Motors team. You are awesome!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Took our vehicle in for a routine state inspection. They used this time (4 hours) to tell us the car needed 4 new tires and brakes! ALL NEW tires and brakes had been put on in January! There is NO WAY the car could have needed new brakes and tires in 6 months. They said they would look into what could be done to help it pass inspection - had us wait FOUR hours in their lobby, and then came out and said they hadnt done anything because it was closing time. This place is running a SCAM and looking to gouge people out of their hard earned money by holding your car hostage using the state inspection sticker. We took our car to another reputable garage and NOTHING was needed to pass inspection. BEWARE!!!!!!!

Purchased a used 2016 GMC Sierra from Preston on 10/13/20.They gave me a IOU to have 4 tpms sensors put in being the vehicle did not already have any as part of the sales offer.Due to my busy work schedule, I was not able to schedule this service until 12/2/20.I showed up for my pre-scheduled Appointment that they told me should take 1 to 1.5 hrs at 8am to find out that they did not have the parts on site to do the job. A job that should have taken about 1hr kept me there until 10:50am just to find then install 4 tpms sensors. After leaving the dealership, they never programmed the tpms sensors to the truck and stated that simply driving will connect them, I later found this was not the case and they needed programmed so my tmps dash light remained on.But gets worse, much worse.I was driving my GMC Sierra on Wed 12/9/20 northbound on I-376 crossing over the bridge above Brady’s run park in which my tire went flat almost immediately. I had to drive my vehicle aprox 150 yards to clear the bridge and guard rails to pull off the side of the highway, the valve stem on the drivers side rear tire fell into the rim causing the tire to go flat, and destroying the tire. This ending up being a $234.01 repair.I called and spoke to Sales Mgr Tony Orlando about this incident on 12/12/20, emailed him a recap with pics and invoices of repair and have not heard anything from them.If this wasnt bad enough, it happened again.Was driving southbound I-79 right by Morgantown on Fri 1/8/2021 aprox 70mph. My truck pulled a hard right on me as I was driving then I saw smoke coming from my passenger side front tire. I was able to slow down and get to the side of the road. The Valve stem fell into the rim on this tire causing it to go flat. Had to get emergency repairs as I was traveling at Glotfelty in Morgantown, which by the way was AMAZING! Wasnt able to shop around for price cause I needed a tire to continue my travels. They replaced the tire, replaced the tmps / valve stem that got destroyed due to this, AND programmed the TPMS sensors so that at least if this ever happens again that I would get a little bit of notice. @ a cost of $407.27 for these repairs.I have never in my life had this happen once, rather than twice in just a month. Dont get me wrong, I have got a flat tire before, but not for negligence of such a simple Job like installing valve stems properly.Contacted Preston again today, they routed me to the person that I was able to talk to about it which ended up being Sales Mgr Colby. Colby told me he NOT the person that can help me and told me he would get my issue over to the Service mgr that never followed up with my from last month.I typically dont write reviews, and I am HAPPY with my truck, however I want others to know what kind of experience you receive from this place.They pressured me into purchasing the vehicle the same day I went to just take a look at it, I could have said no. I wish the same sense of urgency would revolve around serious safety issues as I described above, but they dont have time for that..... VERY Disappointing. I would encourage no one to give them a dime!

I went in on an impulse to look at a Mustang. I saw the car on an AD on Facebook. I got a quick text response from a very Professional Laura Fredrikson. She made an appointment for me. She had the car waiting for me in front of showroom. After my test drive we negotiated figures. Within 10 min we agreed to a deal and I traded in my car. It was the quickest process I ever had in my lifetime of buying cars. It was a great experience and I love my new car. Hats off to Laura and her manager and the finance man.

I have had nothing but problems since day 1 of getting a truck I never even wanted, now that I have problems I called to see if someone could be interested Im buying it off of me and a gentleman was ignorant and did not listen to anything I said and called me back and was calling me names. Wife brought her car in for oil change, was charged full price for oil change, she pulls over to check her oil, because you just cant trust people these days, and she was a quart low according to the oil stick….She mentions to them that the oil is not filled all the way and why was it not? The car calls for 6.5 quarts of oil, she was charged for 7 and only 5 quarts was put into the car….so the tech went and got another half a quart and put into her car…… never ever will we return here!!! And i advise who ever reading this to do the same or make sure you check your oil before leaving….

I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to get a oil change. I call a week in advance to schedule a appointment. So their is no reason why I should have had to wait that long for a oil change. 🙄🤔. I used to deal with Nissan in boardman you could drive in same day no appointment get oil changed and only be their for a half hour.

Went in just wanting to see what options I had for my upcoming expiring lease, not thinking I would leave with a new car that day. Laura made it happen for me! She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and if she happened to not know something off the top of her head, she would go find out for me right away. Very hospitable and fun to deal with! Colby and Bobby were also fantastic and made me feel very comfortable. I spoke with another gentleman when I first arrived and I didnt get his name, but he was also a great guy and helped put my mind at ease about a snag we hit in the process. The salesman Keith went and pulled the truck around for me to look at. It looked good. I asked Keith about any additional discounts for October and he said good luck getting any additional discounts Other than what was listed. I said some places do have additional discounts or rebates. He said are you a farmer, are you this, are you that kinda rudely. I would have provided additional information to show him the legitimacy of a deal ready to go. He was rude and I left. The entire interaction was a couple of minutes. A good salesman would at least say let’s sit down and see what we can do even if it wasn’t much or anything. I left and purchased the same model and and similar style at another dealership With some additional discounts. I would definitely not recommend Keith and I’m not sure about the dealership itself. A deal probably could have been made here but the salesman was maybe having a bad day. I purchased a vehicle the same day at a dealership North of Preston. I’m from a few hours away and making a trip here was beyond disappointing and I’m glad I was able to buy from another dealership. I was going to purchase this vehicle or the other one. The salesman must not need to make money or be too interested in selling, customer service, or being cordial.

And then want another $800 to replace the part that was obviously faulty when they sold it to me.Edit: Downgraded to 1 star. MUST READ THIS REVIEW- I recently purchased a new 2020 Jeep Cherokee from Preston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in New Castle, Pa. It was a great experience. Why? I found sales manager Tony Orlando, who I purchased a car from at another dealership 5 years ago to be at Preston Jeep. Tony is a good person. He is an honest salesman, now manager and an all around great guy. When I got there, Tony lined us up with salesman Joe Trocci. Joe was extremely helpful, patient and as I found out another great guy. Not only did they get me the best price for my trade in, but also the best price on the Jeep that my wife and I were looking for. They broke down all the numbers and showed me what our options were between a couple Jeeps that we were interested in and which was the best deal for us. It was a deal. Before finding Tony and Joe, I had went to a few other dealerships, with the usual pushy sales tactics and dishonest attempts to sell me a car. What a relief it was to deal with Tony and Joe, two guys you can trust. And thats saying something because there are few people in todays world that you can trust, especially in the car business. I left my garage door opener in my trade, there was Joe who got it and kept it for me and even offered to send it in the mail to me. Laura made the entire process go smoothly. Updating me often and sending me the proper paperwork always in a timely fashion. She even managed the loading of my vehicle with a third party transport company as I wasn’t present. The service department is very unprofessional and refused to work with me on getting my wife a loaner car or a rental car!!!! I called them and tried explaining to them that this was the only vehicle that she has and she works all week and needs something to drive. They basically said not are probably. Her truck only has 7,000 miles so I’m like why does it already have worn out parts. Second they had no problem selling her this 45,000 dollar truck but when it comes to making it right........... don’t look at Preston New castle. Give them 0 stars if it would let me!!!!

Honestly, the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.Anthony, Tony, and team made me feel like I was their most important customer even though I purchased a relatively inexpensive used vehicle.Made the mistake of not renewing my drivers license so I couldn’t drive the truck home ( 90 minute drive from my house) and the offered to have it delivered so I didn’t need to make the trip back! I and my wife called Jordan Smiley at Preston Chrysler for Jeep that they were selling, found it online and we definitely had a five-star experience with this salesperson and this dealership from start to finish, Jordan was upfront with us from start to finish, and so was the finance person, we drove an extended period to go to this dealership due to them being very honest with us upfront on the phone, they had what we wanted, they had what they advertised, unlike other dealers, they even had it sitting out front ready to go when we arrived, without them knowing if we were going to buy or not,, that is five star service,, I am, and my wife would definitely recommend this dealership and this salesman to everyone.

I have had the worst possible customer service. We dropped my car off on Monday, I wrote on the slip transmission shifts hard or slips when traveling long distance. They called and said that my car was done on Tuesday and that nothing was wrong with it. I got in my car to drive home and the car had 1 new mile on it. They clearly did not even drive my car long enough for my transmission to heat up, let alone start acting up. We were promised a call today at 9 am and we still have not heard from ANYONE. We have also called multiple times about speaking to someone about my oil pan rusting out on my 4 year old vehicle, and no one has yet to return a phone call about this either.

Purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee in Sept. 2020, Paid cash for this vehicle and was told the title would be sent to Prestons then to me. It is now Feb. 23, 2021 and still no title. I have not been able to drive this vehicle since the 90 days ran out on my Pink slip. I have gotten absolutely no help from Prestons.I love Jeep but will never go back to Prestons.

Service department cant be trusted. They didnt tighten down lug nuts on one of my wheels which nearly stranded me in the middle of nowhere. Can see where the loose lugs started to damage my wheels. Their tech said he couldnt find any damage that was significant. Not sure how they would have seen a fracture in the studs. Offered nothing in return for THEIR mistake, but had the nerve to ask if I wanted them to install new brakes! Will not be going back for service or a new vehicle.

I traveled from Georgia to NeCa to pick up my dream truck. The deal and quality were as promised when I arrived, By the time I got back home to Ga I could not have been happier. I could say many good things about Preston Auto Group but instead let me give some facts:1) My family, and we are a large one, has been doing business with the Preston family for almost 30 years. 3 generations have bought cars from the Prestons. At least 75, easily more, & not 1 bad experience with sales or service2) This was the second time in my life that I drove from Ga to Pa for a vehicle. In 2001 when I was a young soldier with a family and in desperate need for quality safe transportation for my wife and daughter while away Preston Motors/ Pontiac (now CDJR) got them into a brand new Sunfire and even made sure she could drive it the few days before I could get there to sign for it.3) My daughter is now grown and driving a RAM from Preston.4) We do not buy from them out of blind loyalty. They have and continue to earn our business each and every time.Thank you Bobby Preston, Bob Peters, Valorie Villani & Matt Sellers. I dropped my car off for routine maintenance and wanted to have them look at a rattling noise coming from under a seat since the car is under warranty. They called me back and said they couldnt hear a rattling, but someone would ride with to try to hear the noise. I had 2 people ride with me who agreed they heard the noise. We got back to the dealership and they grabbed a flashlight and looked at it in the parking lot for less than 2 minutes before deciding it wasnt worth their time and since it wasnt hurting anything so theyd leave it be. Ive been dealing with the rattle for 6 months. Ive had other experiences where it seems like they bare minimum effort is put forth. Im always standing around in the lobby for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to come back to their desk when I drop off or pick up vehicles. Not to mention the final price for my oil change and tire rotation was extremely high. I will not be going back to Preston even though its down the road from me and should be very convenient. Its not worth the hassle.Edit - I called the guy below, no answer. Left a voicemail, never received a call back. This was weeks ago. Pretty much the service Ive been used to with them.

HORRIBLE I HAD A OIL CHANGE DUE AND WITH AN APPOINTMENT MY husband took my truck in they made him wait 6 hours for oil and tires to be changed after he told them he was in pain from needed a hip replacement. And left my tires filthy with the blue paint and the sealants all over my rims and to top it off they are not speed balanced. Furious!!!!
