Usually a great experience, But I cant stand when Cora is working. Shes always so rude. If youre young and white, thats fine. But God forbid youre a young black man, you will get nothing but disrespect from her. I watched her scold two young black boys today for simply trying to shop. She accused them of stealing for putting items in a bag while they shopped, while another (white) woman did the same thing and she didnt say a word to her. I come to the new castle location regularly and this is the only time there is ever issues is when shes working.

Considering the options in this area this is a better one. Usually see a couple attendants cleaning the small food area. Cashiers are always ready, atm most times accessible.

Do not I repeat do not get any fruit bowls from this location I got a harvest blend bowl on 8/22/2021 and the apple was molded I had to go to the hospital I’m on my way to the hospital as I type this it made me very ill

Staff is always great. Customers, not so much. Dont go there after dark and dont let your kids go there alone. Its not safe. Look it up in the local news........

Do not put money in a 7/11 wallet they don’t know how to use the app to pay for your purchase

This place has great food. My friends and I walk there from time to time and there is commonly one employee. His name is Corey, he is quite rude and although he offered to pay for our food it was simply because he was too lazy to count our pennies. Okay yea, that sounded really snotty but money is money🤷🏽‍♀️ He is always there, always and always seem to have his creepy bland stare on his face following us around the store making sure we aren’t getting into trouble even though we haven’t done anything supicious or wrong. He is really rude too, keep in mind he really doesn’t mind his own business and he has no problem adding snarky comments about our friends.

It is a great store and there really nice people

Over the last yr. The service there has suffered. The employees barely even speak to you unless they personally know you. I used to go there quite a bit. But no more. Now its if I have no other choice. And Management doesnt seem to care that their employees are extremely unprofessional.

Poor customer service. Rude employees. They believe in keeping the pumps blocked just to upset people.
