Greta a pharmacy tech is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in retail. She over talks you and is always mistaken. But never apologizes. I’ve transferred my 10 scripts back to Walmart where the only problem was spending money in the store…

Not usually THAT crowded for pharmacy line. Front register is usually very slow though, leading to lines at the ONE open register.. 🙄. If you can find your items elsewhere, get them cheaper there (Wal-Mart and Amazon) because the prices are REALLY marked up here. (My printer ink is $19 at Wal-Mart and $29 here at CVS! HUGE markup, eh? Also the Rewards coupons that you warm for certain purchases do NOT count to use for medicine costs at the pharmacy and a bunch of other categories - look carefully at the fine print before using!

Cant speak for all technicians but God forbid you have to interact with Greta. She is rude and condescending each time I have the unfortunate task of picking up a prescription. I hope she only treats people my age this way and not the elderly. My advice, for a friendly neighborhood pharmacy look elsewhere.

Pharmacy is a joke. They blow your phone up when your prescription is ready for pick up but it never is. Rude staff. Never going back!!!!!
