Great selection. I’d have given them top marks except their prices are really high which I can kind of deal with. However, my biggest concern is how I’m always made to feel like a criminal when I walk in there. I understand that you want to protect your inventory and keep theft down but I am a grown man that has, since his teens, spent thousands of dollars there in purchases and rentals. Not to mention the business I’ve broight them from simple word-of-mouth...it’s insulting. I would have stopped going there long ago because of this “guilty as charged” mentality but sadly they are the only game in town.

I have purchased several costumes over the years including a new Santa suit this year. The staff were helpful, making sure it was what i was looking for. Will definitely continue shopping there and tell all my frinds

This place is really a joke, and they are wild for selling some of the crap that they do. I went in there and bought a costume for my one year old. Without even taking it out of the package, I just purchased it. I felt as though I shouldnt have had to. When I go to Wal-Mart or Acme I do not have to open any products to ensure that it is of decent quality. After I already paid for the item which was a lady bug costume, I got it out to the car and headed home. A friend that was with me opened to see the costume, and we began to notice that it looked like a five year old had constructed this costume. When I called the store to alert them of the poorly made costume, they advised me that there are no exchanges or refunds. I explained to them that the costume they sold me was of poor quality and looked like it came from a dollar store. He claimed he was the manager but said his boss said he could not do anything, but I thought he was a manager? He asked me to hold, and after waiting for over ten minutes, they simply hung up on me. When I called back, conveniently no one answered. I will be reporting them for the fraud that they are trying to pull off. Food for thought, the costume that I paid $25 for cost less that $10 to make and consisted of pipe cleaners, felt, and hot glue. Do not shop at this place! They are a rip off!

Complete JOKE. The name suits their business. Bought 3 costumes for my kids which equaled out to $100. We had my daughter try hers on in the store to make sure the size was correct, but didnt check the other two costumes. Later on while getting them ready for a Halloween party when taking the other two costumes out noticed the one had huge rips along the legs and crotch area, the other was totally discolored and peeling. Not even 20 mins into my daughter wearing hers the fingers started ripping at the seams. Took the costumes back to see about an exchange because my kids really wanted these costumes. As soon as my husband and I walked in there was a big guy standing there that I guess was supposed to be intimidating like hes a bouncer in a club or something and acted like he didnt want to let us in the store. He asked us what we needed and I said we needed to speak to them about the costumes we bought earlier. He then asked if we were aware of the return/exchange policy so I just continued walking and he then yelled over to the guy at the counter Bill Bill!!!, as if to warn him. Bill then goes whats going on guys. We explain to him what was wrong with the costumes and showed him. He then told us he could do nothing about the two ripped costumes but could maybe exchange the other one because it could be considered a defect from the factory. But switching out the other two would mean their company is taking a loss. As if they dont bring in enough money during this time of year. He told us we could go upstairs and grab another one. While we went upstairs one of the older women who worked there followed us up and stood and stared at us the whole time we were looking for the costume. Then followed us back down, never offering to help.. but to just watch us like we were going to steal or something. Opening that costume it was the same exact way, So Bill then said there was another similar costume upstairs if we wanted to go back up and take a look at it. I told him that someone could bring it to us because I wasnt going back up there again. We ended up switching to this other costume which wasnt even the costume that my step son originally wanted just so we wouldnt waste even more money. On top of that Bill tried to say this is why they tell all of their customers to check the costumes and try them on before they leave to make sure everything is right. Which was a complete lie because no one ever said that. Bill was nice, but hes a scammer and all of their staff is extremely rude and just stares at you. Now for Halloween my one son will have a costume he didnt even want and my other two will be wearing ripped costumes. TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND OVER PRICED JUNK

You cant try anything on and they have a no return policy. Drove all the way from Jersey to check it out and it was a huge disappointment. Costumes sizes run extremely different from clothing sizes.
