I’ve been looking for the animatronic “Mans Possessed Friend” for weeks. I stopped in to the Boardman Ohio location today and they did not have one in stock. They where more than willing to help me find one at another store and had called here to ask them to set it aside for me and I’d be there within the hour. They told them over the phone they don’t sell their displays till October 31st??? Who makes those decisions? I’ve bought many displays from Spirit before Halloween and never had any issues! I was even willing to pay full price because it was one I’ve wanted for awhile! Glad I didn’t waste my time coming to this store I gave 2 stars because I can’t say I’ve been to the store and seen the staff so I can’t fault them there but whoever is making decisions to not sell displays isn’t pretty smart! The boardman location don’t have many displays left due to selling them to customers to make them happy guess the New Castle location isn’t interested in making customers happy. I suppose I’ll have to pay the “Bulk shipping” on one since I can’t even get one at a near by location.
