We went there today on a mission to find an obscure part for an old system. While they didnt have the part in stock, they helped us find another facility that would carry the part instead of ordering it for us and having us be without it for 2 weeks. Customer service was the best that I have had recently; you walked in and felt right at home -- definitely recommend this store.
