I bought a toilet snake from them them and I used it according to the manufacturers instructions on the Box and it broke into 2 pieces. I brought the item back with the receipt and was treated very rudely also I was told that I abused the tool.. They also told me that they could only refund money If the purchase was made within 30 days. they said that I bought it More than 30 days ago.. I asked them to relook at the receipt because it was only 10 days old.they just did not want to back their product up. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is a shame that that when you try to help out local businesses you get treated rude. no wonder everybody goes to Lowes . I will be sure to tell all my friends and all my contractor friends never to go to this place again it was a horrible experience. I was treated very disrespectfully.

Service was top notch. Had some keys made in and out. I was even told if the keys dont work right to bring them back no question asked and theyd make new ones.
