SCAM ALERT! Scammed me out of about $100 and refused to fix it. I added two lines, flip phones, and refused to give me the plan I wanted for them, claiming they couldnt use the features. The only plan they were willing to give me was 20 more a month on the total bill compared to what I wanted. A few months later, I was looking at one of the two flip phones, and realized they do have the ability to use the features. I went up there and refused to credit the $100 they scammed. Why? Apparently the employee that did it was fired and couldnt confirm that it happened!
They always overcharge for everything had to switch career for their worst behavior with customers

Personally, I think that Metro should have a couple of employees that handle warranty issues in other store locations through out the different counties in each state. Also it would be very helpful and convenient if all Metro employees were educate to help the customer with some of the basic technical issues and phones sold at all of the Metro stores.
Avoid This Metro PCS at All Costs!! Worst I have Ever Been To!!I called them for a particular phone and they checked stock and assured me they had it in stock, I asked them four times if they definitely had it in stock and they said yes they did and would hold one for me. I immediately drove 40 minutes in heavy traffic and rain and when I got there this ignorant woman Amber made us wait around for 20 minutes and then Very Unapologetically stated that she in fact did NOT have it!! She then tried to sell me a different model, Total Bait and Switch!! I then asked to speak to her owner who was cowardly hiding in the back office peering out through a darkened window, and she said he refused to come out! What a coward!! What kind of business owner is afraid to talk to his customers??Amber was the most ignorant sales person I have ever dealt with and should not be working there! I would Avoid this location at all costs!!
We were in and out with a new phone in half an hour that was cheaper than anywhere else thanks to the help with Katia. Super nice and helpful.

My wife was totally disrespected by an employee at metro in Newcastle today in Penn Mart shopping center he was told she had asked that she could not understand him underneath his mask and then he proceeded to tell her do you use profanity towards her and everything else Im changing my phone service from there Im no longer be a customer there and Ill be stopping by there tomorrow to change my account right from out of there anyway something needs to be done about this guy I want him fired or suspended with no pay totally disrespected my wife
