Our bathtub handle fell off so I had to get all kinds of things to fix it. I didnt even know what I needed to fix it. Praise God there was a gentleman named Greg that works there. Greg literally not only showed me what I needed but explained how Ill be able to fix it. Even whenever I had to return to the store a couple more times. He was always extremely nice and extremely helpful to me. Theres absolutely no way I couldve done that without him. So I am truly grateful!

Went in to mail a ups package. Bought a few things I didnt need lol The place is clean, the staff is always helpful. I would recommend.

We have been shopping at this Ace Hardware for years. So many years in fact it’s never crossed my mind to review it until I saw a flyer suggesting to do so. This is easily the best and most covenant place to get almost anything you need for your projects in New Castle. They have always had a great knowledgeable, abundant staff. Also we have found seasonal items that are also spot on for us.

Good experience every time im there. Dogs are allowed on leashes which is a huge plus. Workers are very respectful and always check in on you

Okay prices. When we went in there, we barely got in the door before a sales associate asked if he could help us and we said no because we knew what we needed and where it was and then less than 2 minutes later as we were getting what we needed, here comes another associate asking if he could help. I understand wanting good customer service but being asked by multiple people in under 5 minutes is not it.

They graciously refunded my money for a return that i had. I didnt realize it when I asked for the refund that the store policy is up to 30 days after purchase. It was more like 5 months ago. It wasnt much money, less than 10 dollars. But still, they didnt have to refund it. Thank you!

Ace hardware. Not the big box stores easy to find stuff if you dont need lumber or a bathtub. Big selection for a smaller store. Forest stop for all my fasteners.

I had 3 keys cut none of them worked. After going back to return them and getting 3 more cut, they ended up not working either not to mention I had 3 cut a month earlier and only 1 barely worked if I jiggled it around a few seconds in the lock
