This is hands down THE BEST place to buy a hot tub. Don Adams, our salesman was the absolute best, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure we were getting a hot tub that would meet our needs, and even came out for a site visit to ensure we had everything exactly right. I just cant say enough about Clearwater Spas. We went to the local places near us, and are so happy to have found Don at Clearwater Spas. We received the ultimate personal service from beginning to end, with Martin and Scott doing our install, and making sure we knew how to use /maintain it. Hands down 10 stars!

We have been very pleased with our Caldera hot tub we purchased 3 years ago. Yesterday I had to make our first service call due to a jet issue. Scott was able to come out immediately and diagnosed the problem. Scott was back this AM and replaced the part and all was covered under warranty. Now thats AWESOME service. Thanks !!!!

We have been customers for over 15 years, although it was a while ago, the initial installation of our hot tub was smooth and trouble free. The real story is the amazing service we have received over the years. Hot tubs are complex appliances with electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems. Most hot tubs are used in an outdoor environment and are subject to the elements. This is a harsh environment for a hot tub, things wear out over time, lightning, extreme heat and cold can all affect a hot tub. Scott, Clearwater’s technician is fantastic, over the years, on the few occasions we have had a problem, he is prompt getting out and efficient in completing any repairs required. If you are looking for a hot tub, keep the service aspect in mind, stuff will happen and based on our long time experience, there is no one better than Clearwater at servicing what they sell!

We did not purchase a spa from Clearwater but I went there looking for help with our much older spa. Leisure World where we purchased ours is now closed. Although Clearwater does not service what they do not sell, they were so helpful and actually solved my problem! I can’t say enough about this experience. What I DO know is that when we need to purchase any products for our spa or need a new one...this will be where we go. Thanks a bunch!!!

Excellent purchase and delivery experience with Clearwater Spas. Selecting a hot tub was easy there. The salesperson, Don, was thoroughly knowledgeable and informative. He didnt try to steer me to the most expensive hot tub. He spent a lot of time learning about what would work best for me and my family. As I was considering the different options, peppering him with questions, I became increasingly impressed with his expertise and patience.Delivery and installation was scheduled quickly (the model I chose was in stock in their warehouse). Martin, the installer, was fantastic and made sure everything was working well and that we understood the controls. He even stopped by our home the next week when he was in the area to make sure everything was working well.I wish all businesses were run as well as Clearwater Spas!

I started doing my research online and it is overwhelming. I had a few questions and called Clearwater for some answers. It was such a pleasant phone call and the woman that helped me was so knowledgeable and so nice! A few weeks later, I stopped in to see the selection and asked more questions. The woman that helped me was the same one I spoke to on the phone a few weeks back. She educated me even more while showing me all of the different models. Clearwater is the only place I would ever recommend to buy a hot tub. Don and Karen are exceptional to work with and Don is definitely an expert in this field. Don with Clearwater Spas is an amazing kind hearted individual. My son Fred Layaou III was the victim of a shooting during a home invasion on April 6th that left him paralyzed and in a wheelchair. Don was not only able to donate a hot tub for my sons therapy but he also delivered it at absolutely no charge. Heard great things about this place. I go in and the guy behind the counter was helping someone else and was great. Then it was my turn. Told him i just got a hot tub and had no idea what i was doing. I went in to get chlorine and the guy didnt ask me anything or tried to help me at all. I figured since I just told him I am new to this, I would be a potential customer for life. Will not go again.

All of the people at Clearwater Spas are the best: professional, knowledgable and helpful. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. The installation was smooth and quick, although no one left until sure that I understood the care and maintenance of the Spa. The best part of doing business with Clearwater is the after- care they provide. I have had additional questions and was struggling with the lid lifting device. Scott came out and modified the device to work in my setting at no charge. Not only do you get a great product but excellent service long after you purchase your spa.

Coutesy called this spa dealer @4pm because my husband and I were going to drive 90 min to take a test soak on an Envoy Spa tomorrow.We were interested in the Ace salt system too. No other dealer in my area had 1 in the show room with 2.5 pumps. A Service tech who answered the phone told me the salt water system is NO good, it corrodes the piping system and He is constantly going out to repair them. The 2.0 is the same as the 2.5 pump. Then why does Hot Springs make a 2.5? I said we just want to come in for a test soak tomorrow. The service tech answered we dont let customers take a soak, it ruins the filters with lotions they wear. I told him we would come in freshly bathed. He said he only lets customers feel the jets with their hands! Absolutely ludicrous!!! Sure well spend 11k without soaking in the spa we want to buy. Do you buy a car without taking it for a test drive? I asked to speak to a salesperson. Service Tech says, Im also a salesperson. I asked to speak to the owner. Service tech/ Salesperson now tells me, he is the owner too. 25 minutes of my life wasted on asinine answers. Buyers beware of this place....and Hot Springs this should have been a simple sell. What a shame.

Ower/ service person was arrogant and wont sell a hot tub if you put it in a deck. Went down the street to competitor and bought hot tub. Any hot tub can be put in a deck if you can access service area. Horrible experiance.
