Was looking for an item and couldn’t find it but once I walked past the doors in the back I saw it and when asked if they could get it for me the manager absolutely refused to do so and moved the item away from sight. I will absolutely never shop at this store again and I have emailed corporate with my experience of this place.

Seen people walking out with groceries so we walked in 10 mins before the official opening time and was escorted back out and doors locked. Pretty funny imo

I work 14 hours a day everyday on 9/4 there were like 5 employees in the self check out aisle,( all young people)my Brother is disabled, we had a case of water and not one of those young people offered to scan it, not normally a big deal but when you got five employees laughing and talking well of course they dont notice the items some customers are struggling with.

The produce is good quality with a good selection. Its clean and the employees are very nice.

Everybody was so nice. The young lady that the deli counter was very helpful.

Not only does this store have the best quality items in town at a competitive price they have excellent customer service. For the last 10 years in new castle the best place to buy groceries. Excellent staff and service above and beyond even working with third party vendors to make sure of my 100% customer satisfaction!

I like shopping at Kroger . Their brand of food, is usually as good as brand name .

Always my preference for groceries. Nice selection of organic items and always easy to shop for items when Im preparing meals for family members who are vegan.

It sure would be nice to simply grocery shop and get reasonable prices without having to screw around with a key chain card or coupons.. I don’t like the way that I have to pay a hole lot more if I don’t buy 2, 3, or more of an item. Again it would be great if Kroger would have the same price for everyone.

I think its terrible when the pharmacy closes the drive thru when its cold, forcing their unwell customers to walk in the cold to get their medicines. That is absolutely terrible customer service.

This is my favorite store to shop in. They are always so helpful and friendly. After shopping with a baby and toddler I love that someone will help me with getting groceries in the car. Especially when it’s cold out!!

Easy in and out. Wonderful workers in every department, the store is very clean. Kroger, (whether here in New Castle or in Indy) has been my store of choice for over 50 years. I LOVE KROGER STORES!

Love that this Kroger keeps fresh slices of lemon and generous sprigs of rosemary to lay on your salmon if you want it. If the butcher doesnt offer it ask. Saved me probably 5.00 in herbs and they probably dont even have fresh rosemary in the produce dept anyways. Dont like that I have yet to see lamb for sale. I want to make gyros but cant seem to find lamb at the chain stores. Still looking!

The store was very busy due to the day it was, but I got in and out. Bakery order was great. Staff great and helpful. We have a good Kroger here.

Always love this kroger. Friendly staff and its never too crowded. If a line develops they open another register. And always fresh fruits and veggies.

It is always a pleasure to shop this Kroger location. It is always well stocked except when you arrive late in the day for hot sale items. But thats on me. The store is clean and and well maintained. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Fair prices, excellent service, good deals with a friendly atmosphere. Depending on time and day, parking isnt bad. With the convenience of having their gas station located in the same lot. Would recommend for families.

I realize shields need to be stocked but remember customers come in at night. You are open 24 hours. Do not clog the aisles up. Try to leave one side open.

Best place ever to grocery shop. I love there app. No more clipping coupons. Just pick the ones u want and load straight to your card.

I left after waiting 8 minutes for the 2 people in front of me one which was not finished at the 8 minute mark in the customer service line. The lady at the working the customer service desk seem to not know where anything was and she moved at extremely slow pace finding it. I have consistently over last 3 years had the slowest and sometimes very unfriendly service at this particular kroger.

I dropped to 4 stars simply based on the young woman working the self checkout was rude to me and a few others, not the first time shes been rude to me so until someone teaches her proper customer service and just how to be nice and helpful in general Ill keep my rating at 4

Kroger is always clean and tidy. Every time someone asks me if I need help finding anything. A++

The meat dept. staff is very friendly and helpful. Had them slice a ham to order and they were very nice about it.

Krogers is my favorite grocery store and they always have what I need.. just really friendly people that work there and their produce is so fresh and the store itself is very clean...But the one problem I have is the ladies restroom is always dirty and has a odor too Ive been going there for at least 3 years and Ive never seen that restroom clean... Ive complained at the front desk serval times but it never made a difference..

Store is usually clean. Associates are friendly and helpful. Prices are way too high. Recently lost Marsh supermarket in town and their prices were high also. Most boxed and canned foods I buy at Wal-Mart even though it is farther away.

The check out ladies closes to the door today was awesome and fast to get you through the line. Lifted all our heavy things to transfer to the next cart.

I just worked a 12 hr shift, then had to be my own cashier - wouldnt it be great if they actually employed cashiers after 8 o’clock.

I believe I am done shopping at Kroger. They cost me $16.50 in rebates today because they refused to give me a paper receipt for my online/pickup purchases today. I filed a complaint with their 1-800 number, but I doubt the company cares much.

Clean in all areas with all the offerings of a major grocery chain from deli, bakery, fresh produce to household needs.

Nothing like going to o a store that plays politics with my money. Pricey never has good sales for a single individual who shops wig their own money. Snap folks seem to like it.

Too many shelves are missing product. Every time I go they are out of a lot of stuff. Im unable to load my digital coupons anymore. Once you load 3 or 4 it comes up they are having technical difficulties. Havent been able to load the free Friday coupon for several weeks. Overall Im not impressed with the service at Kroger.

Rude guy working in meat dept that didnt seem to want to be bothered by us. We got very irritated with his lack of customer service and we left our cart set and walked out. Did call and spoke with manager named Jennifer who was very friendly and apologetic...but we wont be back to this store.

This is our goto spot for shopping other than Walmart, it’s never super busy so you don’t run into others when walking down the aisles. When we first started going to this location the cashiers and the baggers would carry on childish conversations never acknowledging the customers however that has changed as it seems they must have all been fired and replaced with a pretty good crew now. The overall shopping experience is good they have good instock and a decent selection of items however the meat department is lacking, the seafood is poor quality and even trying to find just a few chicken breast for a basic recipe is hard and if you find it it cost as much as a whole package for a large family so sadly Walmart beats them when it comes to meat selection.

I was greeted when I entered the store and I found everything need very easy.

Everything is spaced a little too far. It makes it a little hard for q quick trip into the store.

Was not a good day. The store was very cluttered and hard to get up and down the aisle because of the stocking going on. They have stacked up the entry making it a fire hazard. Not a pleasant experience. Out of carts and only 3 check out Lanes open.

Pharmacist was rude. I accidentally hit the wrong option when asking to speak with a staff memeber and he scolded me like a child. He was very inconsiderate of my urgency for my antibiotic doctor had called in. He had no commpassion that I was sick and in pain after a surgery I underwent a week ago. Would not recommend this pharmacy. David was the pharmacist on staff. He was the one that scolded me like a child and showed no sympathy what so ever!

Always a good experience @ Kroger in New Castle. The staff is incredible, always so courteous and friendly.

There is a lot of selection of good produce, but the seafood department has a slight fishy odor.

My goto for groceries and gas. Trips are usually pretty quick and painless.
