This store and workers are the bomb a lady helped me 4 weeks ago in plumbing if it wasnt for her wits I would of walked out with the wrong stuff,saved me time and money.shoukd have more workers like her and a man who works there also very helpful ppl.good attitudes .made me feel welcome.like a friend.god I love that place

Excellent service at this store. Chris ordered our custom screen door after being passed to them from Ellwood City store. Pete was very helpful with finding other items we needed and girls at the check out where very nice.

Always a pleasant experience, very clean and organized store. You are usually greeted when entering, shop at this location because its so close to home

We always forget about this store, but they do have some decent items.

Just walked in the store yesterday 3/17/21. All old people doing their shopping, and only 1 of the 6 workers were wearing their masks. 1 young gentleman had his on the whole time, but all other employees including the girl who checked me out didn’t even try to act like they were trying.

Bait and switch, nice railroad ties in front of the store that they advertise but wont sell you them have to take the ones that are falling apart at the back of the store.

This store always has friendly and courteous staff. We always enjoy shopping here. One thing, their wonderful candle selection needs to be restocked for fall!

Busy Beaver price matches . Before you try, make sure you are matching the SAME product name.Could of got bagged corn at Agway $2.00 cheaper but being from the township I figured BB would price match. Noooooo, although it was 40 # bags but a different brand I had to pay their price or go to Agway.

Busy beaver always has what we need at reasonable prices.

Busy Beaver is a great little hardware store / home center that is having difficulty competing with the big box stores like Lowes and Home Depot. I admire them for trying and I want to give them my business.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant! Helped me find exactly what I needed. Also nice to see a mix of older, experienced staff with younger. Best of luck to the store!!!

Id give this store a 0 if possible. The employess are terrible!!! I went in to the store just to see what all the store carried for my remodeling projects. The employee followed me around asking a thousand times what I needed help with like I was going to fill my nursing scrubs with something. Then when I asked for a particular pipe fitting the employee had no idea if they sold it and did not go to look or make any attempt to assist... I will keep my thousands invested in Lowes .

Not crowded, good pricing and they have pretty much everything.

Over all very good service and the people were very friendly for the grand opening. Even put my purchase in my truck.
