I love this tractor supply all though the employees are not the friendliest the store selection is nice I go here all the time to buy baby chicks and other dog supplies they have a really nice selection of clothing also.

Too bad I can’t get 0 stars because I would....Tom is not a good manager, he was unpleasant to his employees when I was there.. Tom like’s to yell and scream at his employees when something (was not done right) yelling and screaming does not solve any problem.... Tom should show and explain what they did wrong instead of yelling at them and making them redo what they did already... I do not recommend going to this tractor supply....

We went in to see if they carried trailer lights... And they do... Both regular and LED! We were able to get everything we needed to replace the tail lights and marker lights on the trailer. Just goes to show you that Tractor Supply carries a nice variety of merchandise! The staff is pleasant and helpful... As always! Please like this review if you found it helpful.

Tractor & Supply is a chain farm & large property supplier found mostly in rural areas.I really like the New Castle location. The people working there are super friendly and have good knowledge of the store. They have everything you need for multi acre property. Plus, regional supplies like wood stoves and clothing/shoes that are climate appropriate

No mask mandate,JUST A SIGN. AVOID!!!! AGWAY has better prices and locally owned.

Went for diatomaceous earth for insect control, could only find the food grade. Asked for help and was told it was all there and that all their d.e. was food grade. My daughter found what we were looking for as we were getting ready to walk out

Good prices and great people... Always willing to help you find what you are looking for and can usually help you if you dont know exactly what you are looking for... Everything from canning supplies to tractor parts to veterinary supplies to lawn care to.... Well, you get the point...

This place is nice. Well laid out. You can get almost anything you need. I gave it a 4 star bc there are somethings you cant find and they look at you like an idiot when your trying to explain what your looking for.

A rednecks dream store. Hardware prices a bit higher than Lowes right next door. Live chicks available (not human). Sometimes you find great deals

Not a fan ! I use to buy here all the time. Now we have a new feed store. Better choice of feed and Way better prices.

By far the worst tsc store in the area. I prefer to drive the extra distance to the Hermitage store where they actually treat you like a neighbor!! If you get Thomas you may as well forget it. He is the rudest of them all. He will even talk about the customers on the phone while they are stabding right in front of him. Not to mention it took a half an hour just to get help in the first place. We were renting a trailer for 4 hours. This was at 4:49. We paid for 4 hours but was told it had to be back by 8:00. Which would have been less than the 4 hours that we paid for.

Smaller store than most. Dated and very crowded. Needs more space. The merchandising and cleanliness could be improved. Over all a sub-par experience.

Highly recommend VIP Petcare whom is there on Saturdays to help with your pets needs! Tractor Supply is a really nice store too as well with friendly staff

A nice farm type store, animal feeds and products, hardware, tools, clothes, a little bit of everything. Fun to browse around in.

Nice store. Have been in there several times. Good place to find some of those items that are hard to find in other stores and someone is always around to ask if you need help. I also get my Cub Cadet mower supplies here. I wont go to the TSC in Hermitage anymore because it seems dark, dirty and was selling rusted riding lawn mowers last year. The New Castle store is far better.

Has a little of everything for your pet. A vet is there every Saturday to give pets shots reasonably priced no office visit.

Very friendly employees and clean store. Things get moved around a little too much and it can be hard to locate specific items.Prices are a bit higher than at Lowes and Home Depot, on some items, but TSC is far easier to get in and out of and there are rarely check out lines.ONE LARGE SUGGESTION:Get some walkie talkies for employees to talk with each other instead of the the super loud, crackly over head speaker deal.Otherwise, well done.

Went there to buy sweet feed for my horses. Didnt have the brand I wanted, but found another comparable brand at a competitive price.

I needed two things that I checked a few places for and had no luck.A heavy duty latch for a stall door and a chainsaw bar and blade. TSC had what I needed also chicken feed dog treats.They got it all I have NEVER been dissatisfied with TSC.

Nice selection, great staff and prices.

All I ever buy here is dog food, but they have a large selection and the stock the Taste of the Wild brand at about the same price you can get it for on Amazon. This is a great option when I dont plan ahead and the dogs eat all of their food before I reorder.

Everybodys nice there i only went on that day to visit the pet vet in the back of the store my dod needed his rabies shot and its so convenient going there n cheaper to they are so nice there.i got my onyxs rabies shot n micro chipped all for 41 dollars its would of been more at the regular vet office this is my new thing for my 🐕 dog n 🐱 cat lol

Very disappointed. Very very poor customer service, the so called manger Lorie should NOT be a manger or have a job. I shop here at at least twice a month and Never will be back! Dont plan on returning anything because you will be screwed. A brand new carhartt jacket with the tags, sticker. And Lori refuses to let me exchange it for the right size. $115 out the window. F u Lori you give TSC a bad name!

I get my propane tank refilled here and pay around $10.00 vs $15.00+ at blue rhino.
