My heater wasnt working this morning. I called around 8am and they fixed it before 12 - less than a 4 hour turnaround same day. They even replaced my old, broken oil tank gauge. There was no hold time to call them, they answered immediately. Theyre local and do good work.

The guys from Cochran Oil and Federal Mechanical contractors were simply outstanding. These companies came highly recommended and exceeded my expectations. I hired them to install a new Boiler and a propane on demand water heater. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, wore masks, cleaned up after the work was done each day and completed the job on time. The responded to all of my questions and used the highest quality of products at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them and because of this experience plan to move all of my OIL and propane requirements to them!

I called around to a few places that were the same price as Cochran oil, however it was the customer service for me! I called them several times within a 15 minutes (I know, excessive but I was checking out prices lol) and every time someone picked up on the first ring. I could tell they were busy but they didn’t show it by being short with you or rushing you off the phone. I had to let Vicky know that her customer service was on point! She got me set up with an account and delivery right away. For those reasons is why I chose Cochran Oil to heat my home. Thank you so much!

Outstanding customer service from the Ladys in the office, my delivery was at my home less than 24 hours after I ordered . I didnt need everything that I pre paid for and they refunded me almost immediately. I will absolutely be a repeat customer and recommend cochran to anyone.

Wonderful experience. Excellent and speedy customer service! Suddenly realized I was out of oil and of course the coldest weekend ever. I totally expected to hear we may get to you today or maybe Monday. Not only are they open every single day they were in my house within two hours. Highly recommend this company. I cant say how much I appreciate Cochran oil. I came home from work and realized I ran out of oil.. I literally called them 5 minutes before they closed for oil and they came right over. I seriously love you guys so much !!

This company is awesome!!! It is Sunday morning at 7:40 am, I am not a customer and they are going to deliver Oil to me on a Sunday. I actually spoke to a person from the company. My current company Hillside, I called last night, left a message and NOTHING. I called Hillside again this morning, NOTHING. COCHRAN OIL WILL BE MY OIL COMPANY GOING FORWARD

Customer Service is always friendly and do there best to help when you’re in a pinch. They list their prices on their website, which is awesome, I don’t have time to call around for prices. My only “complaint” is sometimes they don’t shut my gate when they leave and I have a dog, so I always have to check. Always cheaper than competitors, have been using them for 7 years.

Called around 6 pm on a Friday evening, without having an account with them, and received oil early the next morning. Extremely quick service and the lady i spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful. Would recommend.

I placed an order for oil at 10:20AM, Its now 6:13PM and I still haveyet to receive my oil delivery! When I called for a status update the girl on the phone stated they do all New Castle deliveries last and she could not give me an estimated time for delivery. Going forward, I will no longer do business with this company and I strongly recommend that you dont either!

Great company and friendly service. I have been using them exclusively for years. As a small business they have limited resources, so do not use if you absolutely need on demand service. That being said, I have never had to wait more than a day to recieve my oil deliveries and they will always try to work around your schedule within reason for a small company. Their prices are very fair and if you use credit you do not even need to be home for the delivery.

I had less than 50 gallons and this is a very cold weekend. We really needed oil and they were very very busy, however they put me on the schedule and delivered. My family and I really really appreciate the customer service and once again you delivered!

Cochran oil helped my family when they needed it most. Tom said he would hook up our emergency tank in a half hour and he was there. The only company who would help. He continued to do our fills until we were able to get a new tank. They are our new provider because they care, keep their word and respect their clients and their homes.

Ran out of oil over night on the coldest night of this winter so far. They were open on a Saturday morning and delivered the same day. Awesome sauce

Worst service I ever received in my life. I left my work for them, because I didnt receive a courtesy call from them. So when I get home they were gone. I speak with them couple times by phone but believe me you will never win, they told me you are not the only customer we are serving. The $5 discount for military is not worth the kind of ugly service they give us. Never again..

I called to ask a question about the service. The lady on the phone was rude and unprofessional. Didn’t even know the prices for the oil. Will not be getting any of my money. Maybe she didn’t have her morning coffee. No excuses!

We have been using Cochran Oil for couple years, Everytime we call, we recieve Friendly service from the call to the delivery rain sleet or snow their there. Plus its a major bonus that we know were getting quality oil for competitive rates. Very Satsified customers!!

Cochran Oil filled my oil tank about a month ago, however last weekend I found that they did not put the cap back on the tank. It rained a lot this month so I called to see if they could come remove the water; however they refuse to come without charging me for a service call. They claim someone else mustve come into my back yard and unscrewed the cap. Every person I have spoken with on the phone has been rude and refuses to admit fault. I will not be using them again.

Called for oil and unfortunately had an emergency. Spent 15 minutes explaining which tank to use. Tried to get here as soon as I could, told the woman Id be here in less then 15 minutes and that was fine. Next rhing I know I am 2 minutes from my house and I get a call saying the manager sent the driver on his way bc it was ridiculous to have to wait. I had the cash and he could have been pumping the oil. You would have been paid. Very ignorant and crappy customer service. Sorry we had an emergency but I did call to give notice of that this morning and did all I could to get here as quickly as I could. So thank you for being so crappy to a new customer and I will remember not to recommend you or use you in the future. Thank you

We used Lincoln Oil since we’ve lived in our house (2011) with auto delivery, great prices and wonderful service. Apparently, Cochran took over Lincoln in 6/18 and it’s been horrible customer service since. We received no notice that there was a change of owners. When we ran out of oil during the summer, we couldn’t Imagine why. My husband called, spoke to Michelle. He was told, “we took over for Lincoln”. After telling Michelle the importance of why we needed auto delivery, she assured him that there “was nothing else we needed to do” to get back on auto delivery and it was all set... FF to this morning: 26 degrees and woke up to an empty oil tank. Called first thing and NATURALLY, there’s NO notes of the summer phone call or that we’re an auto delivery customer AAAAAND they can’t deliver until tomorrow morning. Currently looking for a new oil company. So, if you have any special needs at your home that require dependable delivery and service - or simply want to have your requests honored without having to hand hold your oil company - Cochran is NOT your company. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe our experience. 😢😤UPDATE: I called the following day (Monday) and has a lengthy conversation with a woman. We got the delivery scheduled but I was informed that I might incur A $75 fee because “the tank was out of oil”. Because They had dropped the ball, I asked if there was anyway that fee could be waived or discounted. I was asked to hold, and the next person picked up the phone was “Tom”. I said, “is this Tom Cochran?” He responded, “This is Tom”. I asked again, “Tom Cochran?” To which he proceeded to pretend he could no longer hear me: “Hello? Hello? Is this Ms. Thomas?” And some speaking in the background to people in his office, then “click”. Tom hung up. I called back, ask for Tom. He got back on the phone and I had basically the same conversation as with the first person. Bottom line: Tom refused to waive or discount the priming fee. I told him I wanted to be sure my CC on file was correct, so He asked that I hold again and was going to put somebody else on the phone. There is where the fun begins… Tom never put me on hold. He put me on speakerphone and I was privy to the office conversation about me. The person who I later found out was Michelle (with one L, as she informed me) said “Real c**ks***er, huh?” Tom replied “I don’t know. Maybe she is.” When I informed them that I was still on the phone and could hear every word they were saying, THEY HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN!! Naturally, I called back and Michelle with one L answered again. She informed me that “they weren’t talking about me. They were talking about another employee who just left the room.” OK. So, if I believed that, was that supposed to be better? In my experience, this is a company who doesn’t care about or respect their customers and, if you believe their excuse, doesn’t care about or respect their employees.As you can imagine, I ended up canceling my delivery. I called Lawmans Oil and they made the delivery that day. The oil line did need to be primed and Lawmans Oil did it AT NO COST!! You know why? BECAUSE OF WHAT I WENT THRU WITH COCHRAN!!! Imagine that!People! Use Lawmans Oil!

Their HVAC service is not trustworthy. They came out checked my heating system and said it needed replacement or a 1500$ repair - ckt board. When I asked the owner of the firm why replacing a circuit board would cost $1500, he said i am entitled to a profit, and thats the price.I had another HVAC firm do an inspection to get an opinion - nothing wront with ckt board! Do not use them for HVAC services. Their technicians are either clueless or are required to give out exorbitant repair charges - so the owner can be entitled to a profit . Stay away!

Office staff friendly but this does not follow through to delivery men. Frequent supply disruptions allowing customer to run out of propane. Overcharge on service required due to tank running dry. Management still learning!

WOW. Called on a Friday at 4:30p because our normal delivery service failed to show up this week as promised. They had a truck out here and our tank filled up by 5:30p...on a Friday...in the middle of winter.Incredible service, needless to say we will be back
