I was a first time buyer and tried with several oil companies because I didnt know any better. I had run out of oil because I didnt prepared correctly and I call Harley Service they were able to deliver oil the next day first thing in the morning. Since then they have been the only company I call, trust to have correct oil delivery and excellent customer service, from the people that answer the phone to all of their drivers. Best Prices around and trust me I called every where. They give out COUPONS, offer same day delivery and the price doesnt change regardless if you use cash or card. Cheryl was very nice when we spoke on the phone!!

I have used many oil services and once I tried Harley, I have never switched. Fair prices and very personable. Cheryl (not sure if I spelled her name right) is an awesome person to talk to about the pricing/delivery options. She is very polite and the service is very quick as well.

I have used this company in the past because they are the cheapest for oil prices. However recently I placed an order for 150 gals and did not receive the oil until 3 days later. Andrea who took my order stated that it would be delivered within 2 days because I was going to be paying a lower price. Well the money was taken out of my acct but no oil was delivered. When I called to complain she hung up on me and after I called back she stated that it was on the schedule for later on the day that I called. No apology was given, just attitude and sarcasm. At the time of this review still have not received the oil. Andrea asked if I wanted a refund but by that time the remaining oil in my tank was very low. So now I have to wait and hope that I get my oil that was paid for before it runs out. Truly disappointed with this company.

The people at Harley Services are awesome! It’s not often now days that you find people willing to go that extra mile. Well if are looking for that kind of caring company that you can rely on and trust to keep you in oil it’s them. Thanks again for caring and fitting me in your schedule.

Do not use Harley Oil company. They will rip you off. Made several calls about our account and wont give us time of day. They get your money and dont follow through with what they tell you about oil delivery. Ran out last winter and had to get another company to give us oil. Harley still have money of ours but they are rude and hangs up on me. Then said they will get some one to get in touch with us but never do it. They keep on giving us lies and excuses. Told us their truck broke down, death of employee, their office ceiling fell in and could not get to our account. Then a employee had a death in the family. Dont take out account with these people paying for oil up front. You will never see all your oil delivery. All I wanted was what was owe to us but thats not going to happen. They will hang you to dry.

I paid for 500 gallons of oil. We ran out cause they only gave us 100 gallons in December. Called several times and they will not answer the phone or they will say nothing and hang up. Left message all week and still no call back. They will not give us our money or oil that is owe to us. Now they play games saying they close at 4:pm and say they have an answering service. Well still no calls return. I dont believe anything they say. They will rip you off. Dont take any kind of contracts with these people. I think they treat there friends and relatives good but not their customers. I think that is where the so call good reviews come from. Bottom line they still owe us oil of 225 gallons or our money.excuses after excuses. Ceiling fell in and paper work got wet, Death in the family, death of a truck driver, truck broke down in PA. Whats the next excuse of being unprofessional?

Completely UNPROFESSIONAL & will NEVER do business with them again. About a month ago we placed an order for oil.. the driver gave us more oil then we ordered . The next day they charged us the overage they gave. When calling them “HOLLY” who has no business being in customer service, was rude & didn’t even let me finish talking before she cut me off and said enjoy your free oil then and credited back the over charge & disconnected the call.Since then, we now placed another oil order on 02/25 we received a call at 5pm saying there truck broke down & they couldn’t bring the oil. No biggie, please just refund the money & we will order from someone else. We have two children under the age of 3 we have to have heat. Called every company that delivers to this area & no one would deliver until next day. The next day 02/26 at 10:30AM, I then called and spoke with holly yet again. Told her we couldn’t get another delivery and was there anyway to cancel the refund and get the oil to us today.. she assured me it wouldn’t be a problem & if so, she would call me. No call was received & no oil was delivered it was now 5:45pm.. I called again to make sure it would be here today & was assured the driver is in the area and will be there soon. I stressed the fact I have a 3 year old & a 10 month old baby here.. at 9:15pm still NO OIL! We called no answer... called again someone answered and hung up...We then got a phone call from Holly telling us they were wrong the truck wasn’t actually fixed and there not bringing any oil .. when we were telling her how unprofessional this is she proceeded to tell us it isn’t her fault.. when we told her we are done doing business and to refund our money she proceeded to tell us to “Shut the f*** up” ! I don’t know what type of business your running but I have been in customer service for over 13 years. Never in my life have I ever seen someone so unprofessional! Since harley oil messed up our order and gave us the free oil they have been rude and treated us like their error was our fault .Don’t do business with them.

I love the fact that they are a small mom and pop business; loyal and dependable, caring, fair... they dont have extra fees. Oil was a little high one day and they took my number to call me if/when it went down :)

Worst company to deal with. If I can give no stars, I would. Nobody ever answers the phone or calls back. Nobody is ever at the location either. For almost 2 weeks I got excuse after excuse why I wasnt getting a delivery and it wasnt an excuse that was my issue. They locked us in a contract and for some reason changed the price per gallon on us. I have a copy of my contract proving what the gallon price is and they dont care . VERY SHADY COMPANY. We were almost out of oil and they didnt care even when they had our money pulled from our checking account. They only deliver 100 gallons at a time.

First time calling, got a very rude woman the first time I called. Second time I called spoke to someone who was nice. Finally got a call back 3 hours later. Rude women again. I kindly let her know I had gotten delivery set up from someone else, she got even more rude and hung up on me. Glad it worked out this way not a company I wish to do business with!

I have been ordering from Harley for about 15 years. Always friendly, good service and prices. UNTIL I started a budget  contract where I payed monthly. Although they have been delivering monthly for years, all the sudden my monthly need is a mystery to them! Every time I call and say am I scheduled? I am out /almost out, I am met with the same comments - oh my gosh, you are using so much oil! Wow - really? For 15 years the only thing that changed was I started getting hot flashes so I like it LESS hot! But, always the same incredulous reaction! Also, please dont think they will track for you!  I ran out of oil 3 times in the last 6 months! Now, for the second month in a row, I called for a delivery and they shorted me - 75 gallons last month and 50 this month. Along with that came the surcharge that comes with ordering less than 100 gallons! At no fault of my own! So, I am parting ways. Odd that the answering service, who I  recognized as one of the Harley people I regularly talk to, recommended that I go to Shellhorn and Hill or Burns and McBride! Ugh! Anyway - run away from any contract with Harley Services. They will ROB YOU BLIND.

Everyone here is so nice. Fast service and they give you coupons for your next service. Oil is our secondary heat, so we dont need oil offtend but when I do Ill be sticking with Harleys.
