Horrible customer service multiple times, way more than a few occasions, workers are lazy to get items in a timely fashion and they look unmotivated. i will never buy from this store again. I d rather drive to a different Eblens.

I walk in their weekly because I always find great deals the camouflage shirt I think I only paid $9 for it

I came in I got a greeting which was good, the store is clean but they barely have shoes,(No good Jordan’ or nikes ).

Very poor customer service ! Upon walking in store NO greeting ! I went straight back to sneakers stood there with the sneakers In my hand for at least a good 20minute even still Not 1 employee even addressed me . While I was waiting went and look at a few things found a shirt wanted and went back to department and STILL NO ONE HELPED! I left WITHOUT a purchase and will not be back! Aggravated is an understatement! Whalley Ave. Location!

Nice store! But there were limited supply of shoes and clothes that I was looking for. Also they are pretty expensive.

Sneaker inventory has went down a lot but clothes inventory picked up. So lost some to pick up somewhere else.

The customer service is terrible! I went yesterday and it was not busy at all, the employees were walking around ignoring me while i am standing by the shoe department waiting for a shoe size, then when you ask for help they get an attitude 🤦🏽‍♀️ This store is so close to my house but i rather go to another store and spend my money doesn’t feel right spending money in a place they treat you so badly like you are bothering them by asking for help, this is the store on whalley ave in new haven ctPlease dont go here or go if you have time to waste

Bad customer service is expected because of low pay for associates and its just a place for people from the area. Prices ARE NOT Good Either, Maybe when a Sale is going on but then again no sizes available and they do not order online in the store. They do have ample parking but no customers.

UPDATED REVIEW: Tommy Hilfiger items purchased got damaged after washing them in cold water as directed on the instructional label; I reached out to the store and asked to speak with the manager formally and when doing so and discussing what transpired the manager became quite difficult and rude, she never once took into account that I spent a lot of money and now have two garmets of clothing that are damaged. I called corporate directly and still have yet, to hear back from them. Originally gave a 5 star rating because my shopping experience went well but now, with all thats transpired a 1 star rating is considerable and justifiable!ORIGINAL RATING: First time stopping at this location and was impressed by the ample selections of Clothing, Sneakers/Boots/Slides, Accessories, etc. provided for Men, Woman and Children. The staff was very polite, professional and helpful. I recently made some Tommy Hilfiger purchases and was very intrigued by the options available and the current sales promotion. Will most definitely be returning to check out the clothing options and the endless sneaker options. Overall good impression and experience; location is questionable however, but overall I enjoyed myself and my purchases! 👟👌

Eblen s is a little pricey and I mean expensive but they got the stuff. And when they have a sale better get there early..great place to shop. The workers are very friendly nice atmosphere....four stars because a little pricey but still the place to buy.....

Poor customer service. Handed one shoe that was not laced up and then sales associate walked away and had to be searched for in order to try on onther shoe. I was treated like a common theif. Told we could only try on one shoe at a time and could not have the box as if I was going to run out of the store with the shoes. Foot locker or Journeys from now on for my kids.

Not enough parking but the service from Jackie was amazing. This lady was on point. If my shoes fit or not I still brought them. It was crowded but I didnt mind waiting because she remembered everybody shoe size and who it went to. Great service Jackie.

Yesterday we came to EbLens to buy running shoes. But the seller refused to serve us and rudely drove us into the street because of the backpack. I will never come to EbLens again and will spend my money in other stores.

Came here Saturday at 12:20pm. Poor customer service.Took approximately 7 minutes for staff to assist us with checking if a sneaker size was available. However Ryan, staff who assisted us, was pleasant.

Cashier with braids was on the register, when in a young gentleman entered she switch positions with another employee & engaged in inappropriate communications with the gentleman, seems like she was selling more than sneakers & clothes. Although nice 60% off sale.

Poor customer service. Waited for 20 mins for help while employees were standing around. They also didnt have sizes I need in most of the shoes that were of interest. However they do have a large selection .

Quite literally the worst service Ive ever experienced smh Ive come here for a few years and its always the same deal. You stand for 20 min! At most and when you finally ask for a pair you dont get an answer for another 15 min... I go and buy a pair for me and my 2 daughters every time I buy sneakers, we were standing while people stood around and ate popeyes smh this was on 4/19/19 I sized my daughters MYSELF and I then told the manager my problem to witch he said Next time ask for help or shop online lmFao wow close this waste of space down. Places like this is why online shopping is taking over. People just showing up to collect a check

Makes me not want to ever spend not even a dollar at the store for being so rude east haven and milford are the best!!! I was advised they would hold a pair of sneakers for an hr and as soon as someone walked in for them, they said forget their word and sold them. So I would never return there. If you dont have your word you dont have my money

Just called to ask about sneakers asked the guy if they had the size I need which they do asked how much they were before I went there so I new what I was looking at price wise then I was told he cant tell me asked why he said cuz they cant then hung up the phone on me!! VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!! Will NOT be going to this store!! They need new employees that show RESPECT to customers!!
