This is undoubtedly the place to shop for Nike in New Haven. You can’t miss the; you’re can see the bold sign of ‘Expressions’ even when seated at the New Haven Green. The staffers are great and very polite. The prices are moderate and. It can also be easily noticed form a vehicle in normal traffic and there’s a wheelchair accessible entrance.

I go to to buy child hurrachis sneakers that are on sale. Its the last sneaker, its a display. Sticker on the sneaker says 39.99 orange sticker sale item they have me waiting for 12 minutes texting a manager back and forth and they dont honor the price says the manager says no. Thats bad business!!!

Walked into store, not busy at all, started looking at sneakers, not one salesperson asked if I needed help. I needed a very good pair of sneakers, was willing to spend up to $150 on a good pair for work. I walked out.

They are extremely rude in there I went in to grab some sneakers before work both of the girls acted like they didn’t like their jobs when I went up to pay I was just left standing there for a bit cuz the cashier just walked away without a word and when I went to pay it clearly let’s you choose the option to use debt or credit on your card I usually choose credit cuz I don’t like to put my pin in just anywhere and the girl was like we don’t take credit so you’re going to have to use debit she could’ve said in in a nicer way I felt like they thought I couldn’t pay for a $90 sneaker seriously get better people for your customer service they don’t even deserve the one star

Bought a pair of Giannis’s for 99.99 and had a half size bigger didn’t have my size so I grabbed a pair for the same exact price and was told that it costed more for what ever reason then when I grabbed the other shoe that was a half size bigger I bought and they gave me two shoes with a different size one was an 8.5 and the other was 10.5 and then was unable to return or get a shoe exchange to get the other half of the shoe size correct because I didn’t have the receipt, I understand why but I wouldn’t have to return it in the first place if they didn’t give me two different size shoes

I bought two pair of sneakers for my two daughters for christmas. On December 20th 2018, I then sent the sneakers to my daughters. My two daughters live in Georgia, they received the sneakers on January 3rd. The sneakers were a half size to big for each of them. My daughters look around Georgia thinking they would be able to make the return there only to discover there is no expressions in that area. My daughters sent the sneakers back to me to return. The sneakers got back about January 20th. I then went to expressions to explain the situation new sneakers receipt and box everything still brand new. Manager says we cant take them back its been more than 14 days. I explain the situation and he said I will contact corporate. Corporate calls two days later and tells me that there sorry but the rules are the rules. No help no return, no exchange brand new shoes. I will never shop there again 184.00 worth of merchandise.

I felt strongly in writing a review because how awful the customer service was. I walked in and no one said anything to me because they were loudly talking to each other. I asked to try on the shoes in my size and she said...that’s your size try that one on. I said okay I like them can I try on the other? She said “no you can only try one on unless you buy it.” I think she was honestly just being lazy and didn’t want to get the other shoe for me. I got them anyways because I needed new gym shoes and checking out I literally stood there listening to there conversation for 5 minutes because she wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing. I prob won’t be back. The shoe selection was okay at best but the customer experience is seriously the worst!
