My nephews recently visited me and wanted to go shopping for sneakers and street gear. I usually take them to NYC for shopping when they visit but I recently had surgery. On a trip to Shake Shack we found Sneaker Junkies, the newest sneaker store in New Haven. The young men working in the store were kind and generous with their time and attention. My nephews made choices and were excited about the store. We ended up going back the next day to purchase more items. I had to drop the boys so I could park and finish a call. When I got to the store the boys had been trying on clothes and learning about their choices from the young men who worked in the store. If you are looking for a store where young men can be safe shopping and not be overcharged for sneakers and street gear, Sneaker Junkies is the place!! I was happy to spend my money in New Haven and have my nephews interact with such great young salesmen in the store.

Great customer service, the workers are very attentive and friendly. Clean store, A lot of new options and the manager is a sweetheart.

Staff unkind. Staff was very unprofessional at new haven location. Bad attitude,rude, disrespectful, and distasteful. Staff has no knowledge on products in store. This is by far the worst sneaker shopping experience.

All the staff in this store are being super safe wearing masks and frequently using hand sanitizer. Other than being safe, they have a huge selection of sneakers and clothing that can fit anyones vibe. Employees are really friendly and provide amazing customer service.

Just stopped in the store in new haven to get some shoes and clothes. The owner was amazing very polite treated me like family. I will definitely be shopping here more often I love this store!!!
