I live out of state and unfortunately there is no Fat Face near me. I received a gift voucher for the holidays and found that I couldn’t use it on the Fat Face website. I gave the New Haven store a call and was provided with excellent customer service by Pedro. He was incredibly nice, helpful, and placed my order for me over the phone. Thanks again for your help Pedro :) I love Fat Face so much!

I LOVE this store!!! The associates are so friendly and love to assist you in any way possible. The sales going on are phenomenal and the quality of their products is top notch! I cannot wait to go back!

My mother and I recently had a wonderful experience in this beautiful store.. the quality of the clothes were exceptional and the staff was very helpful, patient & positive throughout my experience; they were very accommodating to my mother as she only speaks Spanish they had a lovely associate who took her time to translate and find her the things she needed!

I purchased a beautiful leather bag that is good quality, Im so happy with it plus the beautiful pants that are so flattering and a beautiful winter wool sweater. Salesman was friendly as well and very helpful finding my new tote!!!

Earlier today, I went here to help find clothes for my daughter and son. I did not get a chance to get his name but a young man was very helpful and respectful. He took the time and patience to help me find what I was looking for ! I definitely will be back

Wish I could give less than one star. I went to return items at this location. I was standing at the register, and there was an employee behind the register and one behind me at a clothing table. I put my clothes on the counter and she asks if I was returning the items. When I said yes, she looks over my sister and I to the other employee and says “well, there goes our day today.” When I said “what?”, she said “oh never mind”. The two of them proceeded to have a conversation with my sister and I in between them about how online orders still affect their daily totals and how this return is going to ruin their averages for today. Safe to say, if they weren’t so rude I would have continued to shop in the store and they could have earned half, if not all, of the money they “lost” from my return. I decided not to shop in this store because of the completely inappropriate conversation that these two had. Unbelievable and very disappointing.
