I was in the New Haven showroom on Friday 4/2....I asked the man working for help....I asked if he was busy and his reply was yea a little bit but if you have a quick question I told him I have a few questions about the shower systems (Im doing 3 bathrooms ), his response was well if you can wait 10 mins I can help you I said okay and I sat and waited, I soon realized he was eating his sandwich and not helping anyone....the other woman working was with a client, I sat at the table and waited for 10-15mins and he never came back to me so I left. unfortunately this was a really bad experience and will be my first and last time...beautiful showroom, great selection but unfortunately not great customer service.

Evelyn was just incredible. We designed our entire master bathroom in about 90 minutes and had everything from cabinets and countertops to shower fixtures and a beautiful toilet and tile. This was the best place we found.

This is a one stop shopping experience! Kathy was absolutely fabulous in helping me with all my needs for my new bathroom! I highly recommend Torrco. I walked from Tike America into their show room and in about an hour I had everything picked out! Love it.

Kathy Branca was excellent. She guided us through all the products and help us make our decisions on a full bath remodel. Prices were the best we could find also.
