Literally the best pizza in CT theres no exaggeration. They have many other dishes but pizza is my favorite. I come here with my family every now and then and definitely when craving something delicious. They have any kind of pizza u can think of for a great price and an amazing flavor

I was surprised by the pizza. Had a slice and bought a pie there was no flavor on the Tomato pizza not even salt and the sauce was not seasoned on my meat lover pizza. The wings were definitely good though. Wish I just ordered wings wish, I waisted my money on the pizza.

We stopped in overnight and needed a pizza place within walking distance. We got there at about 8:30 on a Sunday night. No one was inside but ordered our food at the register and about 10 minutes later had her Pizza. We just got a medium supreme, but it was perfect. Exactly what we were looking for, then, crispy, and really hot. They also have gluten free pizza for anyone that cares. Its about $1.50 to $2 more

Their Caesar salad sucks. The dressing isn’t mixed in and the dressing doesn’t even taste like Caesar. Your supposed to mix the dressing into the salad because it’s a Caesar salad.

Marco Polo is in a great location on Crown Street that I walked to from the train station. I was tired and a bit hungry and gave it a chance. Im glad I did. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pizza was ready quickly. The sauce was tasty and there was so much delicous pullable cheese!!!!

Gluten free pizza and pasta is available. My wife is GF and soy-free and is throughly enjoying her pizza.I had their Buffalo Chicken pizza. It is better than average.

Normally my preferred pizza place but I ordered a grilled chicken salad from here today and there was a stick in the bottom of my salad.

This is a great option for food delivery in New Haven. They have large portions of tasty pasta served with salad and garlic rolls for a decent price. I have not tried their pizza, but I always enjoy the pasta when I order from them.

One of my favorite places. Their food is amazing but recently I noticed that half of the ravioli plate is empty. It was never like that.

This was a favorite go to, but recently quality has gone down and the price is just too expensive for a regular pizza parlor, compared to all the greats in New Haven. They use to make the best garlic knots and when I ordered them they were just oily and soggy and a little undercooked. I also ordered buffalo wings and they had absolutely no sauce on them and they were super oily. You can tell in the picture what little sauce ended up on them mixed with the oil on the wings. I really use to love this place, sad to see it turn out like this.

I ordered a gluten free pizza and it was perfect. They definitely dont skimp on toppings. Delicious. Plus they have pineapple as an option and not everyone does out here on the east coast. I shouldve taken a picture it was seriously loaded.

My friend took me to MARCO POLA for lunch. The food was delicious, very tasty. The music was beautiful. We were amazed.We would definitely recommend this place.If you want to eat a great pizza, you should definitely go. We wish success will continue.

Been eating here for years, the Alfredo and the callings are my absolute favorite.

Ordered a gluten free pizza and a gluten free Cajun chicken Alfredo dish. Neither was cooked. The pasta dish while it tasted fine the pasta wasnt cooked properly. It was still hard and overly chewy. (not al dente) The pizza was barely half cooked and was mushy and uncooked under the toppings. I had ordered it well done...it wasnt even done when I received it. They seemed annoyed when I pointed out the pizza and offered to put it back in the oven. It took around an hour to get a small take out pizza and a thing of pasta on a Wednesday night.While I have had good experiences in the past this one was irritating enough to not really want to try coming back. They are dismissive and not attentive. Basically they give off the attitude of not caring.

We requested to have 30 pizzas ordered & delivered within a short time of notice for the UConn Oncology Staff (Our Heros!!), and Monte was more than happy to provide us with delicious food. It was perfect-Thank you again, the pizza was spectacular and the salad was fresh. All the doctors, nurses, and staff enjoyed it very much.

This place is unquestionably one of the most pleasant restaurants in the area. Every time I come to this place I am remarkably glad. They preserve their very high level service and the highest level of meals they give. You will be always satisfied with this place. Very recommended.

Food was great, when it came out after about 45 or minutes. Despite being the quite hours of the restaurant orders came out long after ordering and often cold/over baked. One begins to question what the 6 or 7 workers in the back are actually doing if not making the food.

Disgustingly rude. Placed an order, never received it. Every time I tried to call to inquire, they gave me an attitude and hung up on me. My order never came by the way but they still charged me. Thieves.

Ive had the food catered before and it was good, so I decided to head to the actual restaurant for dinner one night. We walk up to the counter labeled order here and wait. One dude was making pizzas about 5 feet away from us and at least 2 other employees looked at us at one point. Not a one of them came up to take our order or direct us to a table/inform us we were doing the order process wrong. After 10 minutes we decided to cut our losses and leave. In summary: dont expect to actually be able to eat here, just enjoy the smells while being ignored.

I usually love this place but when I just came yesterday they gave me the completely wrong order:( I ordered the pesto pasta but replaced the pasta it comes with to fettuccine but the order I received was like a seafood pasta with shrimp and I’m a vegetarian and can’t eat it at all :( this is the first time I encountered a problem here and I’m not sure what I should do from here, it’s upsetting because I was looking forward to my favorite dish from here :(UPDATE: changed my rating to five stars because I emailed the owner and they emailed me back pretty quickly and said they are more than happy to fix my order, which shows wonderful customer service and very fast to reply and fix the issue!!

The Cajun fettuccine Alfredo is amazing and the garlic knots were so fresh along with the small pizza it was perfect. Everything was fresh and the best part is they deliver thru door dash !

I ordered food for delivery and the driver was an hour late and showed up at the wrong address. It took him another hour to actually reach my address. As the driver pulled up, he proceeds to beep his horn in the middle of the street. He then starts barking at me to come and get the food, in the middle of the street! I didnt even have on any shoes. So I went to the middle of the street and picked up my food and the driver took off like a madman. My food was cold and after that experience I didnt even want it anymore. 2 hours late and poor service skills. I will not be ordering from this place again!

Pizza was good. Horrible experience with customer service.I ordered a pizza through delivery...didnt receive after an hour. I then called the restaurant to inquire about my order in which they told me that the order was already delivered. I informed him that the driver must have went to the wrong place because I have three hungry kids sitting here waiting on this pizza and the pizza has not arrived yet. He insisted on telling me that yes my order was delivered to me and I told him that it was not he then checked into it they delivered it basically to the wrong person and try to blame it on me because my cell phone number wasnt correct I was told that the pizza was delivered here to my apartment once they delivered the correct Pizza to myself which happens to be the second one made.I asked them to describe the person that they gave my pizza to and the guy told me he couldnt because it was another driver... Hmmm well heres a genius idea send the same driver that you sent to deliver my first pizza out that gave it to the wrong person back to the house where he delivered it to because I can guarantee you he didnt deliver it here and he will not say that he saw my kids or myself.I felt as if i was being accused of stealing a $15 pizza. And i will never order from them again..

I stopped by the other day for Lunch and the first impression was not as welcoming as I was expecting. The host was not welcoming and looked like someone was keeping him there against his will. Ordered a sandwich and a glass of water. Sat down no one showed up until food came out. No glass of water still. Asked for it again and was told that they had only water cups and no ice. Agreed to it, better than no water at all. The music was all Arabic...non sense. No utensils were provided and I could not wait to get out of there. I would not be surprised if they went out of business at all...Treat your Customers Nice!

Just tried ordering from my usual pizza spot to be greeted by a lazy employee named Tim. He told me his company doesnt drive more than 4 miles, so i thought great Im only 2.9 miles from their via GPS. But he told me he would not deliver here due to the distance... If the gentleman would of done his job he would if known I was well within the delivery zone. But I guess this little pizza guys looking for an easy payday.. best of luck with Tim Marcos!

When I first starting going to Marco Polo the food was on-point; hot, cooked well, flavorful, good portions, a lot of toppings on pizza and salad, etc. lately though the food and service has been subpar. For the prices this restaurant charges the food and service needs to be adequate; the staff is okay and friendly (at times), but Im seriously considering not being an ongoing customer unless I see a difference in the services provided!

Hands down, this is the best place I have eaten pizza from here in CT. We have tried places closer to where we live and this is just the tastiest! The guys obviously love giving their customers FRESHNESS!! You get your stuff really fast too. Their food is delicious here!

THEIR FOOD IS SO NASTY, I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN, EVER! This place used to have decent pizza, strangely, after complaining about how they messed up an order a while ago, the pizza has become absolutely disgusting. They used old, soggy cheese. I didn’t notice how gross it really was until it became cold. The first time I complained about how they messed up an order and also overcharged me...they fixed it, then overcharged me again for true same thing, then I had to have them fix it again. When I ordered recently, they didn’t even ask for a name, they just said the price and in 15 mins it would be ready. ANYONE THINKING ABOUT ORDERING FOOD FROM THERE HAS BEEN WARNED. Also, this is just from my own perspective: Some of the people behind the counter strike me as anti Semitic, in my experience both in the past as well as currently.

Food is good but takes a long time for delivery. I ordered a shrimp Alfredo and waited an hour only to get a dish full of pasta and no shrimp at all. I called back and all they could do for me was deliver the shrimp separately. Great now I have warm shrimp to go with my cold pasta. Im addition to that I waited another 45 minutes for the shrimp smh (Horrible customer service)

Got take out from here for lunch while I was in town for business. The wait was only 10 minutes which was great but they also were extremely slowed when I picked up the food. The food was on the expensive side and was nothing spectacular. I kind of had an eh feeling while eating it. I just got a large pizza and fries. The bottom of the pizza was also burnt which was disappointing. Overall, I had an alright experience. Its tough to recommend; there are so many other good pizza places in the area.

The food was subpar and the service was absolutely horrible. My food was delivered late. The box and pizza looked as though a dog was sitting on it.. it was not edible. I called to ask for help, I understand things happen with a delivery, and I was calm and happy to wait for a replacement. The owner the screamed at me, called me a POS and hung up.

First experience awful. ordered the chicken Florentine panini. disgusting. I placed my order, the guy took my money, gave me my change and went in the back kitchen and started cooking my food. Then the pizza guy did the same thing. How can they be handling food and touching dirty dollar bills! they think customers dont see this but we do! put one glove on and then have one off. makes no sense and is still not clean. you should keep ONE guy at the register at all times and have all the others handle the cooking! why is that so hard to do? never going back there again.
