I just want to take the time to thanking the pharmacy staff at this location. I know its so hard to find people these days and I know what its like to be short staffed. You guys do a excellent job! Under staffed and you cant even tell. Service is always kind, patient, happy, and very accommodating. Thank you!! I truly appreciate you squeezing me in. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
If I could leave zero I would. This is the slowest most unprofessional pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Not sure if it’s a bunch of new people or what because this started recently, but I will never be back. There is no accurate communication on which lanes are open and which arnt and after sitting in line for over 20 minutes I have gotten told that line is closed, forcing me to wait behind Covid test for 40+minutes. What a joke.
Horrible customer service / order processing. I ordered a prescription on a Monday, and said it would be available to pickup the next day. I went to pick up that day and said it wasn’t in their system. The pharmacist said she would put the order in and it would be ready the following day, Wednesday. Saturday comes along and the order still isn’t filled. I call to find out why it’s taking so long and am put on hold for 35+ minutes. I end up coming into Walgreens in person before anyone picks up the phone.I am STILL waiting on my prescription, and will never be coming here again.
This is easily the worst Walgreens Pharmacy Ive been to. There are always at least 4 people working the pharmacy yet it somehow always takes at least 20 mins. I have been the only customer and its still taken 10-15 mins. Drive thru is the same. Its a joke how long everything takes here.
Every time we go through the drive through its atleast a 15 minute wait, same with inside. They definitely need to figure something else out I have switched locations due to this reason.
Prescriptions are never ready on time. When you call youre on hold for 30 mins and then it just hangs up on you. Ive been trying to reach them for 4 days now.... This is the worst pharmacy to go to.
Just got off the phone with the pharmacist, trying to verify medications for a patient that is under my care. Pharmacist kept me on hold for 8 minutes before answering the phone call, then while on the phone with me lectured me about my patient providing incorrect pharmacy information and having to look at a separate screen. overall extremely unprofessional for someone who is also employed in healthcare. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
Hung the phone up on me after waiting 25 minutes. Called back to complain and they hung up again.
Helpful and friendly staff. Reasonable “drugstore” prices. Helpful pharmacy staff. The store is always stocked well and clean. Always my go-to drugstore!
Worst drive thru ever!! Every single time I come here, the drive thru takes FOR EVER!! Sat for 45 minutes. And my medications are NEVER filled on time!!
Waited on the phone for 30 minutes to talk to someone in the pharmacy. They hung up on me before I could say anything.
This is the best Walgreens I’ve ever been in. I go here daily to get their 2 for 1 big Arizona cans. They got good deals here, but that’s not why I like this Walgreens. There is one worker who is always very nice to me. A black, middle age woman who is in my opinion, the best Walgreens employe I’ve ever met.
3 visits to pick up a prescription and long lines with pharmacy clerk saying its going to be a while because she is the only one working.
I need to be able to buy syringes for my medication that I take every week. I was able to purchase them here 4 weeks ago. Now I just went in and they changed their policy to where I cant buy them here anymore. How am I supposed to take my med if I cant get syringes? This is BS. Thanks for nothing Walgreens
Horribly rude employees. I’ve been trying to make this my new Walgreens for 2 years, but I’m going to return to the Walgreens on Winnetka & Medicine Lake Rd
Dirty store.
Sent two prescriptions over 4 days ago. One was an inhaler that took a day to fill. At first it was going to be $50 then I got an email saying it was ready and would be $90. I immediately prepaid for it online. 20 minutes later when I tried to pick it up I was told my prepay code doesnt match the medication and then I was told I cant use the code until may 7 (which is the day it expires). Nobody at the pharmacy had an idea what to do and when I called customer service they said they never heard of that and cant cancel a prepay. So now Im waiting hoping the $90 will come back like they say it will but so far it has not and I am not optimistic. Dont use their prepay unless you want to pay double!
Pharmacy staff leaves a lot to be desired. Sometimes youll get a nice, engaged person but more often than not they are clueless and even argumentative. 50/50 chance that a cashier will be there to check you out. They often seem to be AWOL.
Horrible selection for liquid antacids. I will not be back.
Please do not get your perscrptions here my perscription was 17.00 a month for all 3 high blood pressure medications at north point here it was 27.39 for one 30 day supply.i asked why so high he said they can charge whatever they like and was mean and i have. Been a loyal customer for 30 yrsEven when i was a client of park nicollet it was 23.00 for 3 meds for 30 daysUnfortunately because of virus and doctors beeing behind ispent 88 dollars for a couple of these iwould have but the virus has limited availability and health saftey shame on walgreens and never asked for walgreens card soooooi sad
Always friendly and helpful at this store. Coming here since we moved into the area in 2006 and never had a complaint. Love the pharmacy, as well. They go above and beyond every time!
I come here all the time. They have great deals and prices. Everyone is really nice and helpful.
While it was my fault for leaving my I.D at the pharmacy, I arrived at 905 to retrieve it. While they close at 9, I was told they were still in the back counting meds.Unfortunately the front desk staff said there was no way to contact them back there and I would have to come back tomorrow. While only a mild inconvenience, I have a hard time believing she couldnt walk back there/call them to retrieve it. It seems petty, but I obviously cant drive without my liscence.
Great I found what I was looking right away
Best Walgreens around! Loved the people up front and especially the friendly people in the pharmacy! Wonderful service and smiles all around!
I have been to several Walgreens locations and this is by far the best, cleanest, most helpful pharmacy out there locally.
Tired of hearing that my prescription will be ready at xyz time, and it is never ready. Lacksidasical approach to the drive thru. Had to prove they gave me the wrong prescription pill count. I am usually an understanding person, but I am finished with this location.
Workers seem not to really care and I watched someone steal a full cart worth of stuff and the workers didn’t really react to it... maybe in shock??
If I could give a zero star I would these people dont know how to do there job in the pharmacy they keep making it difficult to get a medication I have been getting for 25 years long story short
I just ordered a picture, asked if I could use the paper cutter to trim it really fast ( one pic, no other customers, it was on the counter). He told me no, I would have to pay for a passport picture fee if I wanted to use it.
Prompt professional service. Everytime.
Convenient but much more expensive than everywhere.
No one in pharmacy.
Friendly staff store set up well
