Always a convenient stop for gas and a snack. Now the new bigger store is almost finished. Looking forward to going back. 11/23/20 New store is now open. Beautifully done. They have fresh ground by the cup coffee and a Freal ice cream shake machine. Will be back often for gas and snacks.

Love this place and the couple that run it. They are super friendly and nice. Went there to get my inspection done took a hour found out needed new breaks...done in a half hour awesome. If you need anything car wise this is the place to stop at.

Ive lived in New Hyde Park for thirty years. Its a great neighborhood. This Shell station, located on the south east corner of Jericho Tpke and New Hyde Park Rd. is a gem. Gas price is competitive and service is always friendly and competent. Bill, the owner, seems to be in tune with all the going on, so the place runs smoothly. Its a nice place to visit!

I took my Mercedes Benz for a check. There was a noise coming from the front right wheel while making turns. The dealer said that I need to replace the brake, rotors and wheel bearing. Approximately $1500. Bill and his team inspected my car right away and found that brakes and rotors are just fine. Only wheel bearing needed to be replaced. Work was done in half the price and with a full warranty. Highly recommended place !!

Crowded but good for snacking (burger king is in it besides the typical gas station shop)

Deceptive practices here. They switch your parts if you drop your car off, and then claim you need to replace it. They did that for my brakes during inspection. Replaced it with really old worn out brakes that had nothing left on the pads and said they needed to replace it before they would pass my inspection. I know my brakes still had at least 8 millimeters left, from my last oil change about 500 miles ago at a Honda dealership that did a multi point inspection stating so. So I knew they were lying.Disgusting practices trying to prey on people. I frequented this gas station and service station before. Never again. Beware.

The service center was very clean & the service was perfect no waiting .I have been a costumer for many years and have always been very pleased with the care they take in inspecting the whole car even when im there for a simple oil change !

Limped my lurching 2012 Mazda 3 to Bills shop on Labor Day Saturday and they diagnosed the issue the following Tuesday.Informed Bill that I had Geico Mechanical Breakdown Insurance and he took care of the rest. Once the repair was approved, my car was available that same day with no issue.Glad he and his team are my neighborhood mechanics.

I bring my Nissan Rogue and my wifes rogue for service on a regular basis.bill and his staff always have given competent,fast,and friendly service! I can only say I like taking our cars there!

Absolutely horrible. The said they could change an oil pan and they took it off and didnt have correct tools. They reattached it, left out bolts - put screws in where they didnt belong, cross threaded all the bolts and made my leak ten times worse- it cost me over $1000 to fix it after the messed it up. would not recommend in the least bit- take your car to a real mechanic!!!!!!! the only reason they get 1 star is because you cant post 0 stars!!!!!!
