Very good service provided. The salesman suggested us a better mattress than the cheap one we were looking at. He stayed up late in the office just so that we could buy our mattress and he made sure that it got delivered the next day. I purchased this mattress and also ordered the motorized bed frame on Presidents day weekend at the store of New Hyde Park, NY. The sales rep Alexia Barrow was AMAZING. She knows her products. She explained everything perfectly including body mechanics. Being in the medical field myself, I was pleased to be working with an associate who knows the importance of posture, positioning and comfort. She was very patient with me and even told me to slow down to truly get a feel of each mattress I tried. Its been over a month and I am happy to say this mattress has done wonder on my back. Living in New York I can say that good customer service is hard to find and normally I don’t leave reviews but great service deserves recognition. On Saturday April 24th me and my girlfriend walked into Mattress Firm looking to get a general price on a mattress and box spring and that’s when we meet Ken. After asking if we need help right away, Ken began explaining the color code system on the beds which matches different levels of firmness ranging from soft, medium and firm. After asking a few questions about sleeping positions and comfort level he offered us a few different beds to lay on and try out. Ken was really persistent in trying to figure out which bed would suit us. Unfortunately, the bed we fell in love with was no longer in stock and would take more than a week to get resupplied, Ken however offered up an alternative and was even able to save us money on a platform and mattress combo.Long story short I’m very happy with the service and the bed, it’s very comfortable and has been the best sleep me and my girlfriend has had in a very long time.
