I came into Mattress Firm today in the Lake Success shopping center today with very little knowledge on what kind of mattress to purchase. Ken Ramjeet greeted me and for the entire time I was there he was very informative, patient and answered all of my questions. I had such an amazing experience at this specific mattress firm all because of a sales rep by the name of Ken! I live in a second floor apartment building and finding a mattress for our home is extremely difficult. It wasnt until we met Ken that we were finally offered a solution! Theres no way we could fit a regular queen sized bed into the small entry way and every other mattress firm we went to was trying to just sell us the most expensive bed without listening to our specific needs. Walked in to buy dad a lifestyle automated bed as he recently had heart surgery. Expected the old fashioned mattress car salesman type experience but was pleasantly surprised that it didnt go that way. A week ago I went into Mattress Firm in Lake Success (located between Bed Bath and Beyond and Justice) to purchase a much needed new mattress. I was greeted by Diana, who was friendly, pleasant, and patient with me from the moment I walked in. She helped me determine what kind of mattress Id like best (firm) and from there she listened to what I was looking for in a mattress---to stay cool through out the night and gel/memory foam. I wanted the feel of a Temperpedic but not to spend the price. She showed me the Serta and after comparing/laying on it, in comparison to another brand, I knew that the Serta was the mattress for me. I sat down with Diana that day and we figured out a best delivery date for me. Luckily, I was able to get my mattress delivered the next day. Delivery window was accurate and delivery went smoothly and was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this location and Diana to anyone looking to purchase a new mattress. Thank you so much!
