I brought my 1987 Porsche 911 to Uncle Jacks because I wanted to install a new classic Porsche radio head unit but I also wanted to improve the overall sound in the car. I put my total trust in Adam to design and install a new system with speakers and amp. My am and fm went out on my factory 2004 g35 coupe Bose radio. Read the reviews for uncle jacks car stereo, decided to give them a shot. It was a pleasure doing business with Adam and George. For anyone who doesnt know, working on 03-04 g35s radios are a disaster. It is all inter-connected with the climate control and navigation. They did a great job installing the replacement kit and updated radio. They even helped me change out my viper alarm siren and an amp power line connector because it was broken free of charge. Awesome guys. Adam even offered to call me and pay for an Uber to get home after I dropped off the car. Quick service as well. Got my car finished in one day. Thanks for all your help guys!

I needed to replace an old alarm with remote starter and was getting the runaround from my local auto shop for weeks and also got rude phone responses from another local car stereo shop. Heres some background on my situation: I needed to replace a Pioneer in-Dash receiver on my car. I went to Best Buy because I thought they had the kit necessary to fit my car. They didnt. I got impatient and told them to install anyway. Ended up with an Kenwood receiver that didnt fill the entire gap in the car, and wasnt even the best model for my car. No shots to Best Buy, they did what they could, they just aren;t the place to get custom kits (which I KNEW I needed but my thirst to get a new system overpowered my better judgement).I searched again and found Uncle Jacks and all the positive reviews. I decided to give them a shot. Best decision ever. Adam and the squad worked with me through text/email/phone calls to find the right Kenwood for me, built a custom kit, and even saved my car from potential damage because other installers tried to force receivers that couldnt fit my car naturally before and almost wreck my dash!I uninstalled the old dash, Uncle Jacks put the new one in, and I returned it to Best Buy for a full refund. Prices are fair and for the worksmanship, they could charge MUCH more, but Adam and the team will work with you.I couldnt recommend them enough. If I could give 10 stars I would. Looking forward to coming back for my fog lights and for any future radio work.If you need a radio that fits your car, works well and looks good, with the best craftsmanship around, and with rapid/efficient service, Uncle Jacks is the place. Ive visited uncle Jacks when I bought my jeep wrangler back in 2016. Owner gave me a solid recommendation and has lasted the wear and tear of multiple camping trip. Recently the sub finally gave out due to my own abuse. Came back looking for an upgrade. New radio +box and amp installed in a little over 4 hours. I couldnt be happier. I will reccomend them to friends and family that need an upgrade!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I had multiple conversation with Adam about an aftermarket radio being installed in my car. That the aftermarket radio would function with all the original OEM functions. After the installation NON OF THE FUNCTIONS WORKED! That Adam assured me would do. And after the aftermarket radio was removed I found DAMAGE to my dash board. AFTER ALL THAT HE WANTS TO CHARGE ME LABOR ON HIS MISTAKE !!BAD BUSINESS!

I brought my older Camry here to get a new Sony XAV-AX100 installed. Ive heard great things about this place, since my brother had his tints done here. When I called beforehand, Adam provided some great options and gave me space to do my own research. Since everything seemed very fair price-wise, I came in to the shop to have it installed. Everything was done in a timely manner, the end result looks great and it functions really well. In addition to a great quality install, he showed us how to use the new head unit / radio as well as Android Auto. Overall, the work is perfect quality, he was very straightforward and was a pleasure to do business with.

Went to see Adam at Uncle Jacks after reading so many great reviews. I had a system put in 6 months ago (unfortunately not be Uncle Jacks) but did not sound as it should have. Adam has a wonderful selection and great prices, decided to add a subwoofer and amp, good price and he was able to get me in on a Sunday which really helped with my schedule. Not only did he do a great job on the sub and amp but he was able to get the rest of my system sounding great. Would go back in a heartbeat. After the original head unit in my 2014 Corolla stopped working, I was very overwhelmed about finding a new radio and having it installed. I am glad I called Uncle Jack’s; Adam immediately ordered all the extra parts my car needed and was able to fit me in the next day to install my new radio. My radio with CarPlay looks great and is much better than what was originally in the car. The work was done neatly and thoroughly. I highly recommend Uncle Jack’s!

Getting my cars customized here since 5 years now,uncle jack was my original guy, after he passed his son, Adam, has continued providing excellent and honest service. The parts I had installed 5 years ago still work without faults. One of my circuits blew out once took it here, and Adam replaced it without charging me. My boyfriend had a back up camera installed in his Ford F-150 and I decided as an early Christmas gift to get him a remote start as well. I just bought a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L with the upgraded stereo system. The car is the best car Ive ever driven...luxury level...but the sound system was lacking. BTW, I used to play trumpet for the Charleston Symphony Orchestra in a previous life, so Im extremely picky about my music! On Adams (the second generation owner of Uncle Jacks) recommendation, I had them install a KAPPA sound system. KAPPA is made by the Infinity Harman Co., one of the leading professional audio companies for the last 50 years.I was blown away yesterday when I picked up the car after only a few hours of installation. Now my sound system matches my car...luxury level! The amount of detail throughout the entire acoustic range is unbelievable...soaring highs...rich mids...full bass...all so perfectly balanced that it feels like your in the best seat at Carnegie Hall, only better because you can control the EQ and volume to exactly where you want them!I cannot recommend this KAPPA system enough. Nor can I recommend this company (Uncle Jacks Car Stereo) and its owner (Adam) enough. I truly feel that they have improved my life, because music is so important to me. Trust me, I wouldnt lie...I was just ordained a Catholic priest!lolOne caveat: Because this KAPPA system is so professional, it will exaggerate any flaws in the files you give it...its super sensitive. I use Spotify. Because I had the EQ on my iPhone and Spotify app on Loud to play on my iPhone...the files sounded distorted at first. But, as soon as I put my Spotify EQ on Low volume, everything became crystal clear with zero distortion. Next, Im think of upgrading to TIDAL, because the files are even larger with much more detail...totally worth the extra $10/month!Thank you, Adam! You are the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went there to install 4 speakers in my car uncle jacks did a great job in installing the speakers and they make you feel like you got the worth of your money you can go to some cheap place and get some bad speakers installed but I recommend uncle jacks 10 out 10 great customer service great products and most importantly great results
