Pretty good place but the people often have no idea what im talking about when i come in to pay my bill. Sometimes the workers there are rude like they dont really want to deal with anyone.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Buyers beware the associates will lie to get you to buy bad products. We were leaving to buy tempered glass from another place because they dont sell it when the worker told us that this liquid glass is so much better. He began to tell us how u can drop things on it slam phone drop phone doesnt matter. He then stated that there was no difference between the 3 different bottles just price and protection when we said we would just get the tempered glass he said honestly just get the $20 one thats what I have on my phone u wont need the more expensive one. Well 9 days later I dropped my phone on to my carpeted floor while walking into a different room and the phone shattered. And they of course cant do anything because I didnt buy the one that came with a warranty even though their associate is the one who assured me I didnt need it. My bad on not following my original plan. DO NOT BUY THE LIQUID GLASS IS A LIE PRODUCT SUCKS EVEN IF YOU GET WARRANTY YOU STILL GO WITHOUT PHONE TILL COMPANY REPLACES.

Absolutely the worst place you can shop for a phone.The girl that works there has an attitude that is downright nasty...she is clueless on how to treat a customer. If I could give a minus one star....I would.I left the store and drove 20 miles to buy my new phone at Sharpsburg cricket store where the employee was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful.Dont shop this store unless youre just looking for someone to ruin your day!!!!

My phone was acting up so i went in to see what the problem was. Craig was extremely helpful and showed me what the problem was abd showed me how to remedy the problem, he is very knowledgeable and tech savvy Thank you Craig
