I asked for Curly friez and got Friez instead and its even on my receipt! Not the first time either!!! Starting to be like McDonalds 😒

I like this location best in the A-K Valley. My only complaint is that coolers are rarely stocked with drinks.

Ordered online with an expected time of 15 minutes. 40 minutes later my food still wasnt ready. Cashier was rude when I brought it up. Terrible service.P.S. MY ORDER WAS WRONG.Missing two of the 4 items ordered. What a waste of time and money.UPDATE: Tried ordering from here again. Same result. Sheetz 15 minute w I now is a lie. Last time I order anything from Sheetz. Also, no one ever followed up with their BS response.

I order food here quite often. Or at least I used to. More than half the time I need to tell them something is missing from my order. Usually items I paid extra to get. Extra dipping sauce is an example. Often salad dressing. Recently I didn’t check my order before I left only to get home and find the salad dressing missing and the salad itself missing items like croutons and having a very small amount of cheese and lettuce. The container is barely half full while all my previous salads were nearly full. Lettuce is cheap. So I had to drive back to the store to tell a manager. They made me a whole new salad, still only half full, but now with croutons and dressing. I didn’t bother to tell them to add more lettuce at this point. I was prepared to refuse any discount they surely would offer, but nothing except an apology. I guess it’s good business so people need to burn more gas and then fill up while they drive back and forth. I shouldn’t need to check my orders to make sure everything is there. They should implement a system and discount if customers find things missing like they used to do if coffee was out. Maybe then, employees would make sure everything was in the bag before tying it up (making it harder to check) and handing it over.

Love this place! Someone found my moms credit card on the ground and turned it in! Im very grateful someone did that and its new Ken you wouldnt think of all sheetz new ken would be the one but it is!! 😄❤💜

The Mangers/Supervisors Dont even know how to do there jobs!!! How does one even become supervisor when they dont even know how to run the register???? Not to mention a Supervisor is supposed to try to fix the situation!!! Just a Child that had No place in any Supervisor position! How card is it to Reload a Card!!! Seriously people.

They took out the coffee urns and replaced them with a digital grinding machine. It produced milky water. I dumped it and walked out. Bring back real coffee. Editing since Sheetz responded. This saved me hundreds of dollars from buying coffee out and I dont have a reason to visit the station anymore. I should thank you for taking out the urns!

Bob is the best employee ever. I had a bad accident years ago and he always asks how Im doing. Alwaysvery friendly, smiling and asks if I got everything I needed. The best employee Ive ever dealt with. He even remembers my husband and tells him to tell me hi. Hes a asset to Sheetz and should get a raise.

Got gas and paid at pump it was convienant and easier especially with coronavirus

We ordered these fries online and picked them up at the curbside pick up. They came out extremely fast. They met my expectations and beyond. I love coming to Sheetz when I am visiting in Pennsylvania because we dont have one down south.

Theyre ok here. Just ok. Food takes longer than other Sheetz. Had one incident of rudeness here once, but wasnt close to level of just being absolutely out of line like Cheswick (see my review of them). In that case, I swore they werent getting any more of my money (and believe me, that was always going to be the case in regard to Cheswick, but I did mean Sheetz as a whole).Regardless, I was too far away from another hot dog place today and my son wanted hot dogs. I got a frozen latte. In all, with everything I bought, today I spent $26.I was not provided a straw for my latte and they didnt have any for customers to grab stocked up by the mto pick up area. Plenty of employees working at that time. So I had to go to the fountain drink area. There was something on the floor and I was holding my sons hand since he is very young and it caused me to drop it on the floor and loose 3/4 of the 4 dollar drink I just bought.I politely informed the employees of the mess and the cause of it and they said ok and didnt offer to replace the drink. I didnt ask, but come on, even had it been my fault, its still good policy to try to help a customer.But hey, thats not what Sheetz cares about, as youll find out in my Cheswick Sheetz review. Im just truly done now. My son will have to wait for other hot dogs.

When in Sheetz there were 8 people (not all in one group) without masks and not practicing social distancing. I mentioned this to an employee and was told there was nothing they could about it.Stay safe don’t go to the Sheetz in New Kensington.

Normally this is my go to spot for late night convenience items. But I was really unimpressed with the service tonight. The cashier named Star spent 15 almost 20 minutes checking out 3 customers although there where 9 more people in line so she could tell them the story about how here face got all busted up at her birthday party.Are there not managers present on nightshift?

I love my local Sheetz. I do wish that they had a drive thru, but let me tell you why I love them.Even though the food will probably kill me long term, its good and is always exactly what I ordered.The bathroom stays clean.There is almost always someone making sure the inside is clean and stalked.The staff knows me as a regular and makes me feel welcomed.The gas hasnt seemed to jam up my vehicle yet. I must say its A-okay.Youre in and out. Great speed of service. Dont let long lines fool you, they go fast.Good variety of snacks, even healthy snacks.Try the barbecue quinoa chips, they are a secret gem.

They were such a great help and if service to me and my family... Sarrah, Sue and Kelly are such a great part of your team! They are very patient and attentive to not only my familys needs but others as well!!!

Service timewise? Ok. Order of food followed according to my pick? D+. Since when does anyone ever order an upside down cup of curly fries??!!?!😵🤯 You kids down there need to know there is more to your job than just showing up for an undeserving paycheck! Never again. My friend and I come here several times a week and usually order food. It is always done in a timely manner (even when theyre busy). The staff is always friendly as well.

Average. These days you ask for food and 50% of the time you get half of what you paid for. Quality in preparation of food is low. So two stars. Three stars, my chicken wraps would be... well actually wrapped. Not chicken laid on a piece of tortilla...

They need to stop selling lottery. They false advertise they pay with a check if u win over 100 dollers. They couldnt even do that. Know this really pisses me off i wasted my money to come to this store spent over 100 bucks and u cant cash that out. Come on now. Lazy gas station that shouldnt carry lottery. Theres so many of these.

Store is filthy as usual. Out of iced tea and coffee as usual. Why clean ALL FOUR TEAS AND 7 OF 8 COFFEE POTS AT THE SAME TIME?Have waited 34 minutes so far for a pretzel. The three people making food have finished 3 orders in that time.
