We visited this store in search of a small desk for a home office and encountered Joe, a new employee. He first reassured us that he wouldnt hover or get to close (due to Covid 19 guidelines) but was there to help. This was very much appreciated, and he did what he said what he was going to do. Then he proceeded to go above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed, working with other employees to answer questions he wasnt sure about. I would give this 10 stars if I could.

The staff at this location were some of the most helpful individuals I have encountered in a store. The store manager explained what to look for in purchasing a desk chair and assisted me throughout the selection. Other staff associates answered questions and helped arrange purchase details. I will definitely return here for any future purchases.

I had the most amazing experience with Debra. Being the dumb college student I am I ordered business cars a day before a big meeting for me with potential employers. I called frantic that my cards would be late. Debra made it a rush print. Then when my cards were blurry she called me and we fixed the problem. She was amazing I can not thank her enough.

I needed to return something using UPS and per Amazons COVID-19 guidelines for returns, I was told not to package my return and was not given any labels, I was given a QR scan code to give to the associate. The lady asked for QR code I handed it to her it came in my email all of sudden she looks at then the package and tells me she cant do my return I have to drive 40-60min to another UPS to have it done!!!! I dont understand that I asked arent u a UPS store she said ya but we dont take returns, I wanted a manager and she refused to get a manager for me!!!! See if I go back to that store ever again

Brought rare poster into store, after they laminated it it had many air pockets, dirt, grime, and 2 eyelashes. My Girlfriend took it there to be done and after they destroyed it there was zero compensation. All they said was next one for free. Like I would trust these amateurs to do this again!! Avoid this store, next time Im taking it to local high school tech class to have done. Now lets see how long before I get a check for my destroyed work.

The folks here are some of the most helpful, customer oriented people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I get all my office supplies here and recently had some issues with my computer. After 2 days of trying to get the issue resolved I went in and within an hour they had solved my problem,eliminated my stress and sent me out the door with a smile on my face. I cant tell you how happy I am with the outstanding service I recieved!! I highly recommend Staples in New Kensington for any and all of your office needs!!
