Edit: My second time here. Came in with my ancient laptop that I CANNOT live without, and after a few minutes of careful inspection, I am on my way home with a easy and low cost solution! The guys here are patient, thorough, and they professional! I’ll be back!!!Excellent customer service! Brian was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This place was great. Brought in a new iPad with a broken screen that no one else could fix. Brian was great in helping find a fix and ordered the part as soon as it was available. Quick turnaround on my item as well. Explained everything to me in detail as well. Definitely went above and beyond. The other customers in the store all seemed happy with this place too.

Brian Smith, the local store manager, is extremely friendly and his customer service is off the charts. I walked in with my OnePlus which was having trouble charging and he cleaned out the charging port and offered me some tips free of charge. Ill be certain to recommend CPR to friends in need of repair and Ill, of course, be back if I ever need help. Its nice to have local businesses that understand the value of great customer service.

For the first time ever I had cracked my screen on my phone to where even my phone store could not retrieve my pictures or my contacts which is all I had wanted. I had to purchase a new phone but was heartbroken at the loss of special photos I had taken of my family and friends especially my brother who had passed away. These pictures meant more than anything. I drove by and saw the CPR cell phone repair sign and went in. I met the most incredible man named Will. He told me exactly what could be done to transfer my info to my new phone. The problem was my old phone was already having issues and he was having a harder time than he thought. Things just were not happening like it was supposed to. He NEVER gave up. He would come out and give me updates on what was happening. Im sure I was there for a few hours. He could have given up at any time knowing all I wanted were my pictures and contacts but he went above and beyond to please a customer. He even stayed later than he was supposed to give this old girl a crash course on her new phone since there was so much I didnt understand. Will is an amazing young man with a lot of patience! I cant thank him enough for what he did for me. He is a great teacher and an asset to your business. He deserves a raise!!!!😊 I will definitely recommend CPR to my family and friends and will most definitely be back in the future.

Took my typewriter to this shop.I had difficulty getting the ribbon in place,When I got there it went into place but the VERY nice gentleman showed me how to alleviate the issue if it happens again.There was no charge. Terrible experience.Went to have a Surface Pro 3 repaired which had a crack in the top left.They ordered a new screen, attempted to replace it, and cracked the new screen in the bottom left.I waited another week for them to order a new screen.Did the entire drop off and pick up again.Upon pickup they told me they had gotten a defective screen that would not power on so they put on the old cracked screen.Plausible, except this screen was cracked in an entirely new spot than the first and second one. Right down the middle. There is no crack in the bottom left or top right.Pretty sure the guy just made the same mistake for a second time and lied.I am now in a worse situation than when I started.Thanks CPR!

Outstanding. Phone was hot after all night charging but was almost dead. Message said phone was wet, which I knew could not be. Verizon was puzzled and sent me to CPR. They cleaned out small adapter hole on outside and it worked. No charge and no going back to Verizon for a new phone.Thank you CPR....you saved me big bucks. Highly recommend!!!!!

I needed to have my battery changed on my old phone and didn’t want to wait at the Apple store. Called them before I got there and they told me it would be a wait, as there were two others ahead. They quoted me how long before the job was done, and when I came back it was ready and working in perfect condition. The manager there was very helpful,knowledgeable, professional, not 12. My phone is definitely holding a charge MUCH longer. The cost was reasonable, and I may not need to buy another phone for three years! I would definitely reccomend them. You can also pick an appointment time online for those of you who have trouble speaking with a human being.

Went to CPR New Lenox for 2 things battery replacement in iPhone and ipad2 glass replacement. Worked with Brian (Manager) and Abe (Tech). Both were extremely polite, quoted me prices and time needed to do repairs, very reasonable for work needed as other shops were much higher. All work was done on time, and everything works well. Will use them for all my future problems. Wish all repair shops were this nice to work with.

On February 27th, I went in to have a screen replaced on a S5. After Brian ordered one. After the phone being there 3.5 hrs. I called and they said it was done. Upon getting there Im told it would be 10 more minute and that while cleaning they messed up my two function buttons and the need to order them in. I am given my phone and not checking it I leave. When I get back in to my business I notice the phone is not working. I call the store and am told that he was just going to call me that mi sims card is sitting there. I tel him to bring it to me, He says he can ship it. I go back and pick it upSEVEN days go by and after not hearing anything I call and an told that shipments are behind due to the cols and snow that we had 3 weeks prior. NOW they next day order them and it takes two days.My phone goes back in to be repaired on the 1st. I get my phone back and check it. it seems fine. later I discover that the mic on the phone isnt working. Back to the store. Abe stays late to repair. After having the phone a few days while in use the face falls out into my hand!Next day Im back for the adhesive to be replaced. Since the face was removed and reinstalled the adhesive failed. After being there for three hours I called, and was told that it was done but didnt have my number to call me.I HOPE I DONT HAVE TO GO THERE AGAIN!!!

I had a broken phone forever and was too cheap to fix it. I called for a quote and was very surprised how cheap a repair was. Honestly I thought it would be with those cheap parts like from other places that charge less so naturally I was apprehensive at first. I decided to give this place a shot and my iPhone looks BRAND NEW. With great friendly service and cheap prices Ive been telling everyone I know about this place. You made a believer out me great job guys!!

I brought my phone in here thinking I would receive good service & quick turn around. The personnel were fine, but the pricing was kind of ridiculous. If you want better service, bring your phone somewhere else. Also—they ruined my phone. After the repair, I went ahead and contacted Apple about another issue with my phone—and they stated because I had it fixed here, that my brand new iPhone 8 Plus is now out of warranty. The screen is so dim and ‘greenish’ that I couldn’t stand it. I went to another repair shop, and they replaced it with a a screen I could actually see. The screens CPR is using are not genuine Apple screens!!! They are using Chinese Knockoffs! Stay away from CPR!

Brought an HTC One M9 in for a screen replacement on a Wednesday. They told me itd be done early next week. Got a call to come pick it up on Friday. Phone works great, and they seem to have fixed a slow charging issue I had had and cleaned out the front camera. Great speedy service and the prices are completely reasonable. Id recommend this place to anyone, and Ill return for any future repairs I may need.

Unfortunately I will not use this location. I decided to give them a call to get my charge port replaced on my iPhone 7. I asked the price-- and they told me $120.00 to replace a charge port. And the turn around time was even more ridiculous. They stated it would be an entire day for the phone to be repaired. I took it elsewhere and received amazing service. I will never use CPR again.

We brought in a cracked water damaged iphone for repair. I trust that they did absolutely everything in their power to get it going again.Although I hope we dont need to come back for broken phones/screens, etc. in the future, a household full of teenagers leads me to believe that we will need them again. We will definitely be back and trust them with all of our phone repairs..

I couldnt get the back covers off my two phones yesterday to install a micro SD card in each. Stopped yesterday at this new place in town: CPR on 30 across from LWC. Very friendly, helpful young man popped the covers so easily. He very kindly installed @ SD card, explaining as he did so how it was different on one phone from the other. He absolutely refused to charge anything. (No hard sell on other products/services either.) I was so stunned, I didnt think to even offer him a tip other than thanking him. Stopping in later today w a tip for him. (Friendly owner popped out from back to say hello, too.)

Im an older gentleman that doesnt have much experience with smart phones.i got a screen protector with my phone that cracked in the first month. I was told the people at Verizon that they didnt have the replacement for it I would have to go on line to order one even though this sure had plenty in stock when it came time to sell me one. I had difficulty navigating the website for the replacement. To no avail. I was referred to a place in New Lenox called cell phone repair on rt 30 and School House Rd. I went there and was greeted by a man named Brian who said he didnt have that sceen protector Im stock either. But he did take the time to go on the website and secure the product for me. He had never met me before and even though he had to make other people wait he was gracious enough to help me with my issue.i would highly recommend this store and will definitely be a repeat customer should any other problems arise .Great service and attitude .
