Sam the Manager was super helpful. I almost didnt switch to Cricket because of a few bad experiences I had in Chicago with young, lazy employees. It was nice to meet somebody who could answer all of my questions. Highly recommend this location and highly recommend Sam.

During this Covid 19 Pandemic we are all having to manage our finances by saving every penny we can at this rough time. This being said, My Family decided to switch to Cricket Wireless who offer Rate Plans for every customers budget. (NO HIDDEN FEES, AND NO CONTRACTS - WHAT A PLUS!)Sam and Mike were so helpful with all our questions about the plans and choosing the right phone for members of the family. They even suggested we use a phone we already owned that would offer the best options for our daughter who loves taking pictures. I have stopped in the store a couple of times and Mike has helped me to navigate through my experience with my New 5G Phone. (That I purchased at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE!) I walked out of the store with my questions answered and felt confident that our Family has made the right choice.

Mike went above and beyond setting up my new service. I would highly recommend transferring to cricket in new Lenox. I got to keep my same number and have unlimited data for only $35 a month! I couldn’t be happier! Thanks again!

Went there today to get a new phone setup. Wasnt able to finish the transaction at no fault to Cricket, but my previous carrier. Mohammed went above and beyond from my first phone call to the store to when he had to break my heart and tell me that the daylight savings time change was the reason we were not able to port my number over right away. Despite all that, the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL and Mohammed gave me the attention and level of service I expect and always appreciate. Will continue to do business with them as long as possible.EDIT: 3 Hours or so after I left, Mohammed was able to get my number transferred so I could get my phone. He made everything quick and easy and Im a happy customer! Thanks again for all the help.
