This place is so good. They make really good drinks, and the staff is so friendly. This is definitely the best Starbucks in the area and I come in here and my mood instantly changes! It’s a great store with great people and a great atmosphere!

TERRIBLE SERVICE.. My daughter ordered 4 drinks 3 were made and when they never heard the order for the 4th drink they made her go back in line to place the order for the missing drink. We waited 15 minutes. For a big shoot like SB and what their coffee costs Im really disappointed in them. I will Never use this location again.

Ordered a “very berry hibiscus” in the drive thru...when I reached the window and after paying, I was handed a clear drink that looked like water. I told the girl in the window that wasn’t what I ordered and just payed for. She told me that they were out of berries and that it was the same thing. I told her no...that is a “very hibiscus” and missing the important berry part. I was not in the mood for an argument as I needed to get my daughter to gymnastics and was running behind. I just couldn’t believe that they were so callous about taking my 6 dollars for a half a$$@d drink. Nice work Starbucks...thanks for the extra effort.

I dont know what to even included in the review aside from the fact that any time with you head over to this location of Starbucks its extremely busy. However the staff is very quick to get the drinks out. I have never gone in without a friendly conversation with a barista and a kind word.Always a great place to pop in to get some business done and grab a gift card for clients!

Im not one to usually review but I wanted to say some nice words. Stopped here this morning, I dont know his name but a younger gentleman, grey hoodie and a beard was working the window, he was excited, cheerful, happy and started a good quick conversation at the window. It was a wonderful touch to a beautiful day and an already good morning. Thanks man

I work at the Lou Malnati’s next door, and we tend to order often, and when we order it’s usually 6 or more drinks. They are always ALWAYS super nice and accommodating. Very friendly staff and great service.

Went to the drive thru the other day to get a refresher to brighten my day up before work. I was having kind of an off day but as soon as I pulled up to order, I was greeted with a genuine smile (you could definitely hear it in his voice) and with great hospitality! Nick, the barista, made the drive thru experience memorable and personal. He checked on the status of a product for me & helped me figure out what was best to order. When I pulled up to the window, it was nothing shy of great customer service and a genuine, positive attitude from him. He even complimented my tattoos, which is always a rewarding feeling! (lol). Nick is a great employee with a big heart at the Starbucks on RT 30! He’s definitely going to change a lot of people’s mornings around just by being him! Definitely need more positivity like that right now in this day and age! 10/10.

I have been here twice maybe (mornings). The employees are really nice except for this one girl. She is SO rude, I wish I got her name so I can write it in the reviews. But both times I have seen her, her cheeks were red and she wears glasses.

Great place to stop when Im on the go and want a quick meal or drink.Staff was super friendly, very nice looking inside.Stopped on the way home from the gym for a quick dinner, sandwich is absolutely delicious. Got a plain green tea and it is perfect.Wouldnt get my coffee/tea anywhere else. :)

Just about what you expect when you going to Starbucks. The coffee is always fresh and consistently good. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean and neat. Ive tried to make this particular Starbucks a regular stop when Im out and about. Keep up the good work!

I ordered 3 drinks when I got to window she only rang me for 2.I tasted the chi tea and it tasted nothing like a chi. I told her and she had nothing to say..Very disappointed and never been to a Starbucks so unprofessional.

Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks. Ive rarely had one significantly disappoint, and Ive equally rarely had one significantly impress. Their service is typically friendly, but not overly so. Their prices are typically absurd (in my view), but probably no more so than any other coffee chain. This location really doesnt differentiate in any way from any other.

Service was good. Friendly staff. Coffee was excellent. Never had a bad cup of coffee from Starbucks.

Staff worked quickly enough & were generally friendly. But unless youre a regular, the menu is confusing... most difficult coffee I ever ordered. A Carmel macchiato with coconut milk is what I ended up getting... it was ok. I wouldnt go back here; the only reason I went in the first place was because I was taken there. I prefer several other places over this. Did not check the bathrooms like I usually would.

I am a coffee enthusiast and drink it for the taste. The espresso doesnt effect me in any way, but thats not a negative thing. The reason for 4 stars is only because of the price. $8.00 is a bit much for a large coffee I dont care how fancy it is. I can get 2.5 gallons of gasoline for that cost. Great marketing ploy with the app. Pre load your app with money to use in store virtual gift card. Most employees are pretty up beat and happy because they are all doped up on caffeine.

Most staff is pretty friendly, an improvement from a year ago. For quite some time the Frapachinos were not blended correctly and ice would clog the straw, when I politely complained, I was told well you have to get it double blended, which is no true. Any way it seems better care is taken of customers. Dirty tables.
