Wonderful experience from the start working with Susan Mucci on designing my kitchen & installation of cabinets with Rog & his assistant Randy. Susan is very friendly & makes sure you get the kitchen you want at the price you can afford. A pleasure to work with. Rog made sure I liked my cabinets before he installed them & made suggestions with knob placement & such so my kitchen was the most functional. He is very pleasant & a hard worker. He had me inspect my cabinet installation at the end to make sure it was perfect. Everything was left clean & spotless when he left. Very professional!

From the showroom my kitchen designer and salesman was Michael Sullivan. Very professional very helpful had some great solutions to achieve what we had envisioned for our new construction home. Upon delivery everything was moved off the truck cautiously and with care. But it wasn’t until I started on boxing everything and deciphering what everything was that I had an issue. A bunch of items that I have purchased we are nowhere to be found.. and other items that I had not purchased that I found multiple of… searching for matched SKU codes through a disorganized eight page invoice to ensure I wasn’t gypped any further. Many cabinet we’re cracked or had quite a bit of tear out, or improperly fastened. First thing I thought was these guys at the factory need to sober up joking thinking it was just one. Unfortunately every one had an issue that needed some sort of massaging. I wish there was also a little foresight that an over range microwave would need a 15 inch cabinet depth and not a 12. My bad there for not catching that critical detail and trusting someone else to do that for me. Fit of decorative end panels is poor don’t waste your money for an upper cabinet with a 35 inch door a decorative side panel is a half inch too short in height. Already just absolutely disgusted with the product. These are the type of cabinets that are perfect for a model or your rental that you really don’t care about. They are cheap and look good for the price but they are not up to my standards. Great place for countertop prices however We will see when templating and install comes if it was all really worth it.

Michael Sullivan our sales person was great. Walked us through all the steps we would encounter during our kitchen cabinet and countertops installation. Explained everything and answered questions during whole process. The cabinet installers, countertop installers and plumber were very hard workers. They were very polite, punctual and very neat. They also answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend this business

We would definitely recommend Express Kitchens. Design was good. Installation by Dalton was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. We are so impressed and happy with the quality of his work. Kitchen looks fantastic.

If I could give zero stars I would. My kitchen nightmare that I am currently going through with this company is truly a terrible experience. Nicks and scratches on most of the cabinets, missing doors (on backorder), trim on backorder, wrong measurements taken and last minute changes had to be made. Beware when they say two day install, thats two day with what they actually have and make you wait for the rest to be in stock. If I had known I wouldnt have torn out my old kitchen until all items were in stock.*****UPDATE*** It has been a month since my review and we are still waiting on replacement pieces to be delived and installed. It was scheduled to be completed tomorrow 2/19/20 but I just received a voicemail at 6pm to cancel the appointment! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
