I had difficulties with this business... This is a store front for a carpenter, who owns the business Timeless..., and whom one does not see initially, or perhaps even at all. This contributed to my annoyances and difficulties in trying to get the job done, and done correctly. However, when the owner showed up, or when the carpentry team was called upon to do good work, they could do - and often did do - a very fine job.I was redoing my entire upstairs bath, along with flooring. My issue with the company had more so to do with the personal upfront, at the Timeless store itself, and less so with the carpenters. However, even the owner himself could be at times stiff necked and adverse.... At the very end of the project I experienced the staff actually lying to me over an important point. (This was resolved in my favor.)The fact that a member was dishonest with me would usually make my review and score lower. However, the situation was complicated by the presence of another principle (a second owner of the house). Conversely, the score of three stars would have been significantly higher, considering the quality of the work, if only they had dealt straight with me.
