When I worked in NL, we would order there every Friday. Even though there would be minor errors with the orders on occasion we would still give them our business because they were nice.I havent been there in over a year and today I was craving for some food from H&T, as I do not live in NL and just had knee surgery, I asked my nephew to grab my order.I ordered:1 chopped cheese combo roll1 cheese burger combo rollOrder of onion rings1 Philly cheese steak on a grinder bunTell me why did I end up with 1 chopped cheese sandwich, 1 cheeseburger combo and the Philly cheese steak all for $26 and some change. When I called, the young lady named Sammy was so rude and told me to bring the food back when I explained to her that the order was wrong. I would totally bring the food back if I did not live 23 mins away and didnt just have surgery. What a rip off and just lost a customer.

This place was good but the last couple times I came here the wait was long my sandwich was made wrong and then the man making the sandwich always has an attitude

I love H&T I love going in there for their fresh hot coffee, its always delicious, my favorite item from the menu is their Cheese Burger, it comes on a sesame seed bun with the choice of fries... The staff is always very engaging and friendly, which creates a very warm atmosphere, their prices are also fair, you get what you pay for, and they have good quality food, everything is always on display and fresh in their deli display case, and its always super clean in there.... what a nice convenient location too!

No bacon on my burger (paid for).. if you oder from uber eats you cant pick your soda.. (called 3 time didnt get an answer then not worth the money.. burger was no where near what it should be

Open late and the hot sandwiches, especially the Philly and the chopped cheese are fire. On top of that, its inexpensive and each hero came with a can of soda. Only drawback is it can get pretty busy, call ahead to avoid the wait.

Very poor xuCustomer service since Cindy left. The tall skinny guy talks on the phone and makes you wait. When he cook or makes food he doesnt change his gloves and grabs the phone as he makes your food. Very very bad. They have lost a customer.

Amazing cream cheese bagels with turkey bacon, salads and steak and cheese grinders/spicy curly fries.

Heard the ads on the radio that H&T stood for Hot & Tasty, so ordered 2 pastrami grinders, assuming that it would at least be hot...Nope! Pastrami was cold from the cooler, so we are little confused by the name. Who eats cold pastrami??

They way overpriced me for a sandwich it ended up costing me $11.50 for a ham and cheese on a roll not even a grinder I was livid the owner didnt even care lucky Im even giving him one star I dont think can you give him no stars so I had to give him one star but I wouldnt even do that plus the place is dirty lets people come in there without Mass all day all night I will not go back to this place because of that reason alone
