I went to this location with a long list of office supplies needed for a new job. Syd was extremely helpful and eager assist me with the items I didnt know where to find. He did a great job!

I stopped by to buy an office chair and was quite impressed with the service I received! I found the chair I wanted and went to customer service who introduced me to Keith who would assist me. He was so friendly and helpful and made this buying experience a pleasure. I asked if they would assemble this and was told, absolutely. In fact, Keith went online and registered my service plan for me and told me he would call me in about an hour when he would have my chair assembled and ready to go. I went home and wasnt there very long and Keith called saying my chair was ready. I went to the store and Keith even helped me in placing this into my car. I was so appreciative of the service I received today and would like to say Keith is an exceptional employee!!!

If you guys are asking why people are leaving you and go to online shopping, ask your manager here, I went there to get some items, I asked her to help me, she said we can help you with one item to find it but not everything, we have some things to do.Good answer, I’m not coming here again ever, I will buy everything online and not from staples become of her

I just want to comment that a young man by the name of Quan helped me today and he was simply excellent in checking what was in inventory andI was able to obtain exactly what I needed. He to go several times and check on the inventory and he was very positive the whole time Thank you.

I came in here to use my Membership on a purchase and to recycle printer ink, I gave the person two numbers to look up (which I know I have an Account), which none came up, She said do you have another number? I was like, Those are the only two numbers that I have. And shes like, I know I remember you coming in here before and using the account. I was like, so is there another name with those numbers? (like my siblings or parents), She said nope. I was like, Ok fine, Ill Come back later and try again. She said, CALM DOWN

Went in for printing services and realized what a gem in my own backyard. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the the office supplies that are available. Glad I stopped by!

Was at your location Monday 12/7/20 @ 430... The guy at your UPS counter was jaw dropping useless. The woman in front of me had the exact same issue.

Print section is horrible waited over 35 minutes with trying to produce a advertising flier then was told it would be ready the 14th got there today to pick it up which is the 15th nobody knew where it was or what happened under staffed and not to patient as well never again dealing with staples use 2 sisters in groton!

I bought headphones that on the box state ~100% guarantee return anytime. I went to the store for an exchange, but manager John Dorrch said 14 days is the limit. I had the box with me showing the policy for this Staples brand item.... Additionally, a customer took her mask off in the store within ~4 feet of him and he said nothing to her. I told him about that policy he wasnt enforcing and the customer put it back on.

The entire staff at this location ensures that you are finding everything you need and help you though any issues you are facing. I often visit this location for the printing services and often have issues on my end that they always help me through and make sure I am satisfied with my prints before I leave.

Shipping center no longer useful, was just directed to go to the aisle and package my item with products off the shelf.

Staples is not the store it used to be. Its still big and industrial looking. The difference is the staff. Not as many on the aisles and they move quickly on the hopes of not being stopped by a customer looking for assistance. I managed to find most of what I needed but one of the items I was looking for was out of shelf stock, I asked if there were any more available. Do you see them on the shelf? No. Theres your answer.NiceThe cashier was polite though and the teacher discount isnt bad.

Looking for computers and the tech was very helpful. cashiers greeted me coming in and copy shop peoples stayed cool under pressure of their machines needing fixed. this from 2 different visits. not bad at all :) laid back but professional at the same time; makes you kinda feel at home.

This is my favorite Staples. I use it regularly and all its services. The staff from managers to easy tech folk to store reps are super friendly, efficient though I agree sometimes they could use a couple more staff members, particularly in the copy center, but even when under pressure they are great.

Woefully understaffed Printing and Marketing Department. Was in store at 9am to just pick up an order that was dropped off the night before. One person in the entire area. Have bern waiting in line for 20 minutes at this point. I blame the store manager, not the employee trying to hold down the fort. Would have cost me an extra $11 if I had wanted my copies when dropped off. Rediculous.

Having been in the store many times and the phone calls go unanswered I had the misfortune of needing to call about a service the corporate site claims the local store does, alas, no one can bother to answer the phone, or they put you on hold, only to hang up on you after 10 minutes. This would be the New London, CT. Store. I dont recommend this store for any business. Not helpful I called two more times, and on the third I did get someone who didnt work in the dept. but was able to give me enough information, so Im adding a star for the effort.

Very helpful the printed marketing department in the back of the store or more than friendly and helpful. Just needed a couple copies off the computer they walked me through the whole process

Not the place it once was. I was looking for table tents. ( the things you would put on a table and have a wine list ) I did not see any in store the help was helping others so I walked out.

The quality of their customer service has risen over the years.

They really have a hard time not making you wait over 45min.. Even if you ordeted your print job at 8:30am and your there at 6pm

Only one person working the Copy and Print station with 11 backed up orders. Long line and when you finally get to the front you cant even get copies until the next day. The only reason anyone uses this place is that there is no other choice in the area. Absolute garbage.
